The bathroom faucet is broken. The room smells a bit bad.

First time staying here, if you look at the reviews it seems not worth it, but my little family and I felt comfortable sleeping in this hotel. It happened that we didn't intend to stay overnight just for transit, but overall it was good, the room was comfortable like a new one. Got the new building on the 2nd floor. When we arrived, it was a bit creepy because the hotel building wasn't 100% finished yet. Including my room, it seemed not finished yet, the cables were scattered, the power outlets were about to come off, there was no mat in the room, the TV was a smart TV, the AC was cold, the mattress was soft, the sheets & pillows were clean. It's just that the service staff were not very communicative, we had to actively ask, but they were nice, unlike previous reviews that said the staff were rude. Hopefully in the future it can develop better, the new building will be finished soon. Always be successful 💗

The room was incomplete, there was no soap or towels. The security was unfriendly. People were out looking for food, so they were being talked about as being unwelcome and accused of all sorts of crimes.

When we arrived, the receptionist didn't greet us well. They didn't show or escort us to our rooms. At breakfast, we were only allowed to eat and no one was looking after us, so the cats could freely try the food too. Please improve the service. I hope what I reviewed will be good material for future improvements. Thank you.

accidentally transit hotel is not fully finished, but the cleanliness and facilities in the room are quite satisfactory there is a smart TV, hot water and sanitary kit and refill drinking water

The hotel is comfortable, nice, the service is good.

The price is expensive, around 600 thousand for a family room. Hot AC, no hot water, dirty and smelly toilet. No mat. The towels are worn out. Breakfast should have been 4 but was given 2. Even then, chicken porridge was delivered to the room, if you want breakfast you have to buy it outside the hotel. The plus is that it is close to the city, in front of the hotel there are lots of food. Hopefully in the future this hotel will be better.

The staff are great, kind, and friendly, very pleasant. The place is clean.

The atmosphere was a bit quiet, the room was okay, but the bathroom water was very small. Even from dawn until morning, there was no water at all for ablutions for morning prayers. So, we overslept a bit. It wasn't anticipated because there was reportedly a problem with the pump. The breakfast menu was rather bland.

I swear I was so disappointed, even though the location was okay, the room was also clean. But what made it uncomfortable was when the bathroom water was off and it was very, very annoying. Imagine you're taking a shit and when you want to wash it turns out the water doesn't flow, there's no toilet paper, there's no trash can in the room. It's really a shame. Even though I wanted to give a good review because of the cleanliness of the room, unfortunately this hotel made a fatal mistake with the bathroom water not flowing and I complained and called many times, and was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes because I couldn't wash while taking a shit. When the water didn't flow at first, I tried to be positive, thinking it was okay, maybe it was because of the power outage. But it turned out that at 5 am in the morning I wanted to take a shower, ehhhh the water didn't flow anymore, I had to rush to take a shower because I had to take the morning train. Then complained that it turned out that the water pump was deliberately not turned on because it was often full, oh my gosh, I was really disappointed, why not use an automatic float that turns off the pump when the water is full and turns on when the water is low. It's really a shame, right? Even though the room is clean, there is no trash can in the room, the wifi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work, the AC isn't cold, and there's no tea or coffee either. Please, Suminar Hotel Management, look at your customers' complaints. It's really a shame, right? 😭😭😭😭😭

Everything went well, I liked staying at Suminar Hotel. The room was big, comfortable and clean, the breakfast was also delicious, the downside is that this hotel does not provide toiletries and the wifi was having problems when I stayed.

Recommendation for small families who want to vacation in Garut city, order a deluxe room and get 2 fairly large beds. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. In front of the room is directly to the car park
