Very very nice and comfortable, the room is clean and smells good, there is a TV, a hairdryer, hot and strong hot water, clean towels, a clean, fragrant mattress that is changed and cleaned every day, there is a cupboard with a large glass outside, friendly staff, friendly security, friendly check in and check out, I stayed from 29-7 July and have passed 7 days, everything is perfect.

All the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but it seemed like the sheets hadn't been changed, as the pillows smelled. It's close to the beach. I didn't try the breakfast.

This is a nice and quite comfortable hotel. It's close to Legian Beach, Kuta Beach, and Beach Walk Mall. There are also many minimarkets around the hotel (Coco Mart, M Mart, Circle K). The staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out times are very fast. The only downside is that the bathroom floor is flush with the room, so when you shower, the water leaks out a bit. But it wasn't a bother, because the staff was very responsive when we asked for a change of mat. And the room was cleaned daily without us having to request it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for those of you who want to stay.

The restaurant staff were unfriendly, but they were very friendly when dealing with foreign tourists. The bathroom was too cramped, and the showerhead produced very little water, forcing us to use the toilet sprayer, which caused the water to spill everywhere. It was a pain to complain because the output was predictable. The bathroom dryer didn't work at all, leaving the bathroom constantly wet, and the water gradually seeped out. The receptionist's friendliness could also be improved. Only the security guard and the parking attendant were very friendly. The food was acceptable.
