Dear, The Sun Hotel & SPA, I wrote this review to express my four days stay here which was extraordinary for me, the first time I got in the Legian area, a place that is not far from everywhere, a strategic location, has a large basement parking and the hotel location is close to main roads, restaurants, cafes, clubs, beaches and others. It really makes me happy and amazed, how could I not book a superior room for myself who was on a solo trip but the Manager and person in charge of customer comfort Mr. Bagus and the staff gave me a Deluxe room that has a balcony and a beautiful and clear swimming pool view, from the beginning when I checked in I did not encounter any shortcomings, starting from the warm greeting, the friendliness of all the staff and employees, security, the room was extraordinarily clean, fragrant, a neat toilet, hot water that is always available, AC that works cold, smart TV and the hallways on each floor are so well maintained, thank you for giving me a valuable experience while staying here, I was very impressed when the housekeeping every day always offered to clean the room and drink water for me, four days for me felt like family, this good thing I will certainly share with my family and my friends especially for all visitors who are looking for a comfortable and family staycation, by reading honest reviews from hotel visitors like me, I can only repay the kindness of the Staff employees and Managers and related people at The Sun Hotel & SPA with my hope, hopefully this hotel will grow and become a hotel that has a lot of visitors every day ... once again thank you Thank you for the very memorable things that I will never forget, I will definitely come back to stay at The Sun Hotel & SPA if I have a holiday in Bali... Comfortable, clean, strategic location close to the beach and crowds

It is located very close to Legian Beach.

Rooms and trash are cleaned daily, as are towels. The rooms are quite cool and the space is quite spacious.

My initial expectations weren't too high because the hotel was cheap, but it turned out to be a chef's kiss. The room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly, and I got a room with a balcony. The pool was clean and not too deep. Perfect for a quick dip with family or friends. It's located close to Legian Beach. It only takes about a 5-minute walk to get to the beach.

Best location and strategic

It's great, and the service is really great. My husband loves it and says he'll be a regular staycation here.

WiFi is really bad. Complained but not solved. Some information provided in the online booking websites is far from reality, e.g. bed type information.

All the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but it seemed like the sheets hadn't been changed, as the pillows smelled. It's close to the beach. I didn't try the breakfast.

It's convenient, close to everything, and the service is excellent. I forgot something and confirmed it with the hotel, but the staff was kind enough to help me send it to my city.
