It was very pleasant to stay at Truntum Padang Hotel. Complete facilities, good food, spacious lobby, spacious rooms. But what concerns me, I don't like the swimming pool, it's a nice pool, it's not hot because there are lots of trees, it's just that the swimming pool water, you know, has a lot of chlorine. Makes skin and hair dry, also makes eyes sore and nose hurts, smells of chlorine when swimming. Hopefully the management will pay attention to be better in the future.

The room is spacious and quite comfortable, but unfortunately I have to wait for my order room to be there, because I asked for a room with 1 large bed instead I was given 2 small beds! I already asked for my order in the app! I'm a little annoyed because I have to wait quite a long time! It was also given a smoking room, even though I asked for non-smoking!

The room smells of cigarette smoke, when we asked to move rooms it said everything was sold out even though if you look at the application there are still ones offered with similar rooms. Finally we slept with the windows open so we could breathe normally because the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. The floor of the room is dirty, the sofa in the room is dirty and dirty, the trash can is very dirty, it doesn't really reflect a star-class hotel. It's more like a roadside inn! When in the morning the hall in the hallway is very noisy, not at all providing comfort for rest. The elevator walls are covered with handprints and other dirty scratches, a sign the hotel has never done routine maintenance. Even though the number of covid is increasing, it seems that the management doesn't really care about the cleanliness of the hotel building facilities and infrastructure. Really the first and last time staying at this dirty hotel. The rating given in the application did not match our expectations, the visual pictures of the rooms did not match what was displayed on the application page. Very, very disappointing.

Hotel nya bagus, kamar bersih luas AC dingin pelayanan receptionist ramah, cuma ada beberapa hal yang kurang baik semisal saya menelpon minta sikat gigi karena ga ada di kamar datangnya lama sekali padahal sudah di telp 2x belum juga diantar tapi its oke ga ada masalah bagi saya, overall hotel ini bagus kok nyaman banyak kaca senang mau berkaca bed twin nya besar sesuai lah dengan harga yang tertera, thanks next time mungkin bakal kesini lagi.
