I was a bit doubtful about the service after reading reviews on Google, but it turns out the service is really good, I really remember the receptionist's name Laras, she's really really nice 🩷 and she's also beautiful. The other hotel staff are also nice and friendly 🩷 the only problem is, the cold water doesn't work :( but, it's okay. The room is also spacious and clean, the hairdryer works well. I think I will come back to this hotel if I go to Padang hihi thank you

(+) Pros: The senior staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The room was spacious compared to other hotels of the same type. The temperature was nice. It took a moment to cool down, but it was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room floor was spotless. Pool was clean and kid-friendly. ---------- (-) Cons: Bathroom needs deep cleaning. There were many watermarks and stains 😔. WiFi kept disconnecting 🥲 Linen was worn out and stained 😔. I honestly don’t mind older linens as long as they are clean. The parking area (basement) needs better lighting. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.
