The food is varied and delicious, with dishes exceeding expectations, even herbal drinks are available. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The spacious rooms and large beds are very useful for families with three children. The price is relatively affordable, considering these facilities; I got it for 810,000 Rupiah, including tax. The room was spacious, but for a 4-star hotel it felt a bit lacking. The TV was old-fashioned and the picture was blurry, possibly due to the antenna. However, the staff and service were excellent, making it a comfortable place to rest, and the price was very affordable compared to its class.

Pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. There were ants on the table, and small cockroaches in the bathroom. The sofa was very dirty. The table was sticky and dusty. I had to wipe it down myself with a tissue. The only plus was the bed, which smelled nice and was clean.

Everything was great, but the room cleanliness needs more attention. I've stayed here twice, but the cleanliness is still a bit lacking. The sheets were stained, the lounge chair, the bedside lamp, and even the bedside table were dusty. Hopefully, I can stay here again sometime. The pool is top-notch.
