I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The service was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were complete, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is also strategic, close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely return if I'm in this city! 🌟

This hotel is super amazing. I checked out and the hotel staff informed me about my child's phone being left behind on WhatsApp. Their honesty is extraordinary. Thank you to Ms. Mutiara and Ms. Sarah who were very helpful. The hotel is comfortable. The service is good. The AC was not cold for a while and the service staff came to the room to fix it. I will definitely come back here if I come to Tangerang again.

Actually everything is ok.. The only thing that is regrettable is the treatment of the security and one of the restaurant staff when we had breakfast.. The security seemed to not want to help at all because I couldn't enter from the right because my car was close to the right (there was a car next to it). I asked whose car this was, asked for help to move it first because I couldn't enter, but no one could help at all.. And instead I was blamed "your car is also too close to the right".. Is that how you treat hotel guests?.. The restaurant staff treated me unpleasantly by reprimanding me impolitely just because I had breakfast outside the air-conditioned room. I had breakfast outside because the restaurant was full at that time, and we weren't told at all by the other staff which side to go to if it was full inside.. Until the male staff at the restaurant reprimanded me somewhat arrogantly.. In my opinion, unpleasant treatment for hotel service

The room I stayed in I think 315 has a lot of leaks and it was a terrible experience.
I thought that looking at the hotel it would be a good place to stay, it wasn’t
I don’t think their towels were clean either it was gray not white. Wouldn’t recommend.

Yes, again, the towel issue is that I find it difficult to differentiate between a foot towel and a body towel. Other than that, it's nice. The breakfast menu is commensurate with the price we pay, nothing too fancy.
Overall, it's good, kid- and family-friendly.

A cheap and nice hotel with excellent service. If you're in Gading Serpong, it's a great place to stay at the Vega Hotel. Apparently, I used to stay there, but the name has been changed to Vega Hotel. It's top-notch.

Overall, this hotel offers quite good comfort. The only drawbacks are the noisy air conditioning when first turned on, the flimsy toilet flush handle, and the initial lack of a doormat. These minor shortcomings give the impression of an old hotel. However, the hotel's location is very strategic, very close to the SMS mall. Hopefully, the hotel management will continue to bring positive changes in the future. Thank you.

The details didn't match the app; it turns out there are no connecting rooms. I called in the morning to ask for a non-smoking area and an adjoining room. When I checked in, I was given a different room, and the adjoining room wasn't a non-smoking room, as I wasn't informed. There were cobwebs in the bathroom... The pool is nice, with lots of toys, and the kids loved it.

I lost an item in the form of AirPods gen4 at Vega Hotel on Sunday, October 12, 2025. A little story about the chronology of events on Sunday morning, I was having breakfast after returning to the room, I was in room 802 I didn't find Airpods and I reported it to the staff at the reception on Monday night, October 13, 2025 and after I reported the officers and staff. I stayed at Vega Hotel Gading Serpong for 3 days starting from the check-in date Saturday, October 11 and check-out Tuesday, October 14. In my opinion, the officers and staff only provided assistance to re-check the room 802 that I occupied, but nothing was found because on Sunday morning when housekeeping cleaned the room I was not in the room because I was having breakfast on Sunday morning. After I returned to the room, I didn't check the items because I thought it would be safe after I tracked using the Airpods tracking application it was still in the hotel area and there has been no conclusion and clarity until now and I ask the hotel to be responsible.
