Good enough, maybe it can be improved, a bit dirty but okay, the furniture is okay, only the TV has no sound and the water heater sometimes works, sometimes not.

actually the concept is good for family. 2 rooms, mini kitchen, there is a rice cooker, stove and cooking utensils. gallon water is also available.
the place is also quiet,
very close to BNS, mosque and prayer room.
Unfortunately the floor with raised ceramics in some places is quite dangerous because it is sharp. must be repaired as soon as possible.

The villa guard is friendly, if there is a problem immediately responds. The villa facilities are also complete from kitchen utensils, fans, hot water, prayer mats, mukenah, pillows, bolsters, blankets, clothes hangers are also available. The villa is also comfortable, feels like home. For cleanliness, it is also sufficient, only the trash outside the villa, please pay attention again, if inside the villa is clean.

Got a super cheap price on New Year's Eve. Even though it's cheap, the facilities are really good for that price👍🏻 cleanliness is also really maintained. Highly recommended✨

We had agreed to arrive at the inn at 16.00, I arrived at the location at 16.30, the information was that the key was in front of the villa door, it turned out that the key was taken home by the villa guard's son. We were told to wait a while, the key only arrived at 17.00. When the key arrived, the door couldn't be opened because there was a problem with the door hinge. We asked to cancel but couldn't. Waited another 30 minutes for the door to open, it was open, the door couldn't be closed tightly, we asked to cancel again, still couldn't, the reason was that they wanted to call a doorman. But the doorman only came at 19.15, the door was dismantled when we should have been able to rest to prepare for 24.00 to Bromo. Very disappointed again with the service of this villa. The villa floor is also very bad, the villa atmosphere is very quiet. Sorry, Very very not recommended. In my lifetime of staying thousands of times in villas, hotels, and others, this is a very disappointing experience.

Bagus, cocok untuk liburan bareng keluarga. 6-7 orang. Ada 2 kamar, ada tempat sholat, dapur juga ada, peralatan dapur komplit. Sayangnya air panas kadang bisa kadang enggak, sampah di luar juga menumpuk kadi banyak lalat masuk. Saran untuk kebersihan sampah di depan villa harap dijaga lagi dan sebaiknya memakai air panas gas saja. Kalo listrik lama. Untuk bantal, selimut, sprei wangi dan bersih. Semua sudah bagus. Makasih owner 🥰 kemaren pesen di aplikasi harga normal 700rb an karena dapat voucher cuma 400rb an, 👍🏻.

Budget villa with the best facilities I have ever booked. The building is well maintained, clean and easy to find. Supporting facilities such as TV and hot water function well. The house equipment is also very complete. The location is near tourist attractions. Very worth it for the price, highly recommended.

2BR apartment with basic amenity. Bit difficult to find as google map points to incorrect location. Owner was helpful in keeping our luggage when we arrive early. Note owner stays in different place better communicate with him in advance. There is some bad smell in the apartment, I think due to lack of sunlight and lot of moisture.

The home environment is very quiet & comfortable, the facilities are ok only there is no refrigerator to store food, there is a prayer prlgkpn. Affordable ojol, 5 min walk from BNS, the owner is also friendly. Thanks.

Highly recommended for those who want to stay far from urban areas but still close to public facilities, also very close to tourist attractions such as BNS and Jatim Park 2. The place is also very clean, privacy, cooking utensils are provided, there is gas and gallon water, bathroom Hot water is also provided. The owner is really nice, yesterday staying just one day felt lacking, next time I go on vacation to Batu I want to stay at this villa again.
