The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check in. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the water is flowing smoothly, the kitchen is okay and functions well, the AC is on until it's cold, the refrigerator is working well, the living room is nice, the wifi is very smooth and helps me finish my assignments, the TV plug is lacking so I don't know its condition yet, the carport is good, the indoor and outdoor lighting is very good, the faucet and car wash hose are also good, basically I am guaranteed to be satisfied staying here. The important thing is that I will come back again next time. Okay. Enjoy the facilities at emerald k8.

Because the house is for sale, there is no renovation, even though the walls are peeling, some chairs are cracked so I'm afraid to use them. Some lights are dead and haven't been replaced, and the cables are scattered around, making it very unsafe for children. The sink is also dirty, there are lots of debris on the walls and the ground, and there are cockroaches in the room. With a price of 700, almost 800,000 Rupiah, in my opinion, it's not worth it. I really don't recommend this villa for your vacation. It's better to look for another one that's cleaner and more well-maintained so that your vacation with your beloved family will be more comfortable and enjoyable.

Strategic location near jtp 3. The housing is quiet, it&#39;s just a shame that when I got there the PDAM water was dead. There is no security guard in the morning, towels are also not provided in the villa. Cooking utensils are quite complete. Only the refrigerator is not working properly. The price is cheap for that size of the villa.

Benar-benar sangat kecewa dengan harga segitu harusnya semua bersih saya puas tapi sama sekali tidak puas sofa di ruang keluarga kotor sekali tembok-tembok pada ngelupas dan tempat cuci piring banjung bocor. TV cuma 1 itu pun burem. Harusnya di kasih kipas angin biar pengunjung tidak panas. Saya kemaren sewa vila cuma 190rb/malam semua lengkap bersih ada 2 kipas angin besar ada 2 tv.

Selama saya menginap di sini saya sangat menikmati, semua fasilitas tersedia, mulai dari rumah yang lengkap dengan ruang tamu, ruang keluarga yang lengkap sesuai dengan yang tertera diulasan awal, kamar tidur yang bersih, kamar mandi yang tersedia air hangat dan dingin, peralatan dapur yang lengkap, kemudian pelayanan yang mudah dan tidak rumit, membuat liburan kami semakin berkesan dan menyenangkan, lain kali kalau ke malang pasti bermalam ke villa ini lagi.
