Actually it is cheap, but there are many points that make me think that the service is not good. 1. In the description it says it can park 2 cars, in reality it only fits 1 car. So one of our cars had to be on the side of the road and lead to number 2. So it's better to delete the words carport for 2 cars so that people don't get disappointed. 2. Too much drama about parking: we've been disappointed by circumstances that don't live up to the script. OK, we followed the existing policy, it said we had to park to the side of the house, but after following it, the car had to be parked further away. This is very uncomfortable. 3. The hospitality looks very forced and it is difficult to contact CS. Around 12 o'clock, I contacted CS to ask 'where should I check in' but there was no reply/answer from the contact number from the application. Then we went directly to the location, turned around, there was no security, no one was there, and luckily we met the man who brought the key (this was really lucky). But unexpectedly, the father's answer was very curt, and said 'later at 2 o'clock', I answered 'yes, it's okay, I'm just asking where to check in, sir, because CS can't be contacted'. Yes, never mind, it's really stupid, I don't have a problem with having to wait 2 o'clock, only the response was 'the welcome was very bad and not friendly'. Even though I just wanted to know 'where to check in'. After only 10-15 minutes the father seemed to have changed his mind, he became friendly and smiled a lot, and offered to check in earlier. Yes, I appreciate that. 4. The owner doesn't seem willing to let the house be rented. We rent with all the facilities you offer! If you're not sincere, that's fine, just take the facility or don't do business like this. You don't need to fill in the electricity token, you don't need to give it a dispenser. After all, we are not so poor that we can't buy electricity tokens, but we can still rent another villa which is more expensive than this one. The photo in the attachment is written which is not appropriate in a villa, only appropriate in a boarding house. OK, the intentions are good, but writing like this makes customers feel uncomfortable and like boarding school children. Not to mention the gentlemen who carry the keys that I mentioned earlier, so firmly reminded them to turn off the bathroom lights when not in use. 😅. Not to mention the key bearer's story about past incidents, I don't know who it is, I don't even know me, I have to listen to how brave the key bearer was in arguing with the customer at that time. His father seemed to really want us young customers to 'submit' and obey him, with his rules. By telling stories about past events and even challenging the customer to the police, in his story. I may translate this as propaganda/intimidation so that we follow what he wants. —> after complying, it turns out the car told me to move location 😂. Sir, that service should not make customers feel uncomfortable! Note that. Just like this, boss, if you're not sincere about electricity, you don't need to fill in the electricity boss, we can buy electricity tokens. If you're rich and don't want to use your house, you don't have to rent it out. Just don't bother. Regarding cleanliness and cheapness, it's okay, it's cheap, I just felt disappointed in terms of service and attitude. For those of you who like gloomy and service like a boarding house mother taking care of her boarding house children, that's okay. My experience at other villas is not like this, they treat their customers well, friendly, appreciative and respectful. This is not a question of price, but rather 'do you really intend to rent out your villa or not?'.
