Sorry I am very disappointed with the condition of the villa, just entering I had to sweep the whole house because the floor was very dirty, the bedroom also had a lot of black dust on the bed so I had to clean it first, there were dead cockroaches on the floor of the room, the water was also slow, the water heater was not working, unfortunately I wanted to go in to rest but I had to clean first and the condition was not as in the picture, finally I decided to move villas. Hopefully in the future everything will be fixed 🙏🏻.

Pak Drajad the housekeeper is very friendly, and helps a lot. The location of the house is also very strategic and lots of traders passing by. The house is actually nice but it's a shame it's very dirty like it's been left for a long time. The bed linen also smells musty, while there there are lots of big ants, there are even some cockroaches.

Thank you Mr. Drajad for the very kind welcome. When you enter the villa, you are greeted with an unpleasant smell (the smell of dampness, the smell of people's sweat is messy). The sofa and pillows smell really bad. The building looks poorly maintained. The bathroom was very dirty, the walls were moldy and peeling (forgot to take a photo) and smelled. Until I bought room deodorizer. The toilet is a bit dangerous because it shakes. Many parts of the room are dirty and dusty. The bed in one of the rooms is very rotten and has fallen on one side, changing sleeping positions makes a lot of noise, can't sleep well. Because weekends are priced at 680s.

The atmosphere is comfortable, in front of the villa many people are selling, the villa is quite satisfying, maybe some furniture and some corners of the building must be renovated again to make it fresher. What is extraordinary is the service from Mr. Drajat who looks after the villa, the service is numero uno, thank you Mr. Drajad for the extraordinary service. We had a problem, he was quick to respond and came to fix what was our problem. The location is close to jtp 2, even walking distance.

Overall okay, maybe just input so that the house is cleaned first when there will be guests coming, because when it arrived the floor was dirty / dirty hehe, then there was a lot of dust on the shelves, tables, and bed linen it was time to change because it was dirty.

The location is close to Jatim Park 2, you can just walk. Very well served when checking in with Mr. Drajat and very welcome his father. There are also many traders who pass by from 5 in the morning, there are already those who have passed, this is epic, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry. Ordering online food is also fast.
