Honestly, I feel disappointed because in the description it doesn't explain that this is rented per floor, it only describes a 2 bedroom villa, it's true there are 2 bedrooms, but why isn't it explained/written that it is rented per floor. Meanwhile, in general, customers/potential customers think that villa = 1 house = 1 building. And it doesn't say which one is bottom or top. We only found out after we arrived at the place, that we got the top one. Carrying things up was also a lot of effort, luckily I didn't bring my elderly parents. So it's best to just add it to the villa description so that no one is disappointed or misunderstood. Apart from that, the parking space is also inadequate, because the yard/carport only fits 1 car. So, if the renter has brought a car, the renter will also bring a car, so parking on the side of the road is also likely to disrupt road access and the interests of other people. Please pay more attention to parking because the road in front of the house/villa is also tight, especially if someone parks on the side of the road.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our villa. We greatly appreciate all input from guests, both positive and negative. Because that's where we can improve ourselves in the future to provide the best service for guests. We apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience of climbing the stairs on the second floor of our villa. Here is our explanation, hopefully it will be useful for other guests too. 1. We have 2 different villa locations: one near Jatim Park 3 is a 2-story building containing 2 rooms that we rent out full 2 floors. And the other is near BNS. Which we rent separately between the upper and lower floors. The upper and lower floors are separate and do not interfere with each other, access to the stairs is outside. Each floor is a full house of 45 m2 containing 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The upper and lower floors have the same number of rooms and facilities. The only difference is that above there is a mountain view from the bedroom, veranda and rooftop in sunny weather. Initially this building was one floor. Because many asked about the view, we built an upper floor that was separate from the lower floor with a mountain view. While still containing 2 bedrooms. We can rent at a super cheap price with complete standard facilities, and it turns out that the response from guests is quite good. So that on weekends, big days and holiday seasons it is always full. If you book far in advance, guests can request the lower or upper floors. Usually if a family with parents or small children, disabled people, pregnant women or special cases can ask for the lower floor or those who want a mountain view can ask for the upper floor. But unfortunately when Mrs. Retno stayed on Saturday, and coincidentally this was the last booking so there was no choice. Because those who book first can request first. Because the number of units is limited to only four. We can't do much. What we can suggest is to ask before booking, or you can request when booking. 2. Regarding the parking lot. Indeed, there is only one carport used together, the lower and upper floors. The upper and lower floors can be used when empty. Or if you bring 2 cars, you can park next to 2 because there are still many empty lots. At certain times such as big days or holiday seasons because of the flow of car traffic in and out, for parking, the security guard can help arrange parking so that it is orderly and does not interfere with cars passing by. The security post is on standby 24 hours. So it is quite safe and ready to help at any time. Because in reality Selamat is also a lot of people who bring 2 cars whose parking is not a problem because the security guard is ready to help if there is a parking problem. Basically we try our best for guests. Hopefully useful.

Same as in the picture. Clean doesn't smell, comfortable to rest. Quiet place. There is a magic com, fan, drinking water. Clean bathroom, normal warm water. Worth it for that price. Only the TV is a bit blurry. But not bad lah.😁.

The cold weather makes you feel like you want to sleep all the time, the place is clean, the view is good if you get the upper level you get the view of the villa surrounded by the mountain, the only drawback is that the upper level D2 is for those who bring lots of luggage and it's rather difficult because the stairs are circular. Overall okay, the atmosphere is calm, it makes you want to come back again.

Jauh-jauh dari gresik, mengikuti google maps dan maps di aplikasi. Ga tau kenapa? Dilewatin semak-semak sepi jalan tidak beraspal. Sempit banget padahal bawahnya jurang. Horor sekali. Akhirnya, minta sharelok sama yang punya villa, itupun tetap sama sesat. Jadi, mending kalau kesini saran saya mending pilih tujuannya ke BNS dulu, lalu dari BNS search ke nama villanya. 2jam, muter-muter ga jelas disemak-semak. Untuk villanya, bersih banget kayak bangunan baru hasil renov. Air panasnya juga no rewel tapi pns banget, untung di sediain ember. Jadi bisa di mix dengan air dingin. Kasur empuk, sayang bantalnya tipis. Kamar 2, 1 uk 160. 1nya 90 x 2 (ats bawah). Ada sofa yang bisa dibuka jadi kasur. Jadi cocok untuk bawa keluarga banyak. Ohya, kipas anginnya dapet 1 aja kecil. Tapi kalo malem ga kepake sih. Dingin soalnya. Overall oke, dapet kupon potongan 150 juga dari Traveloka. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya baik.
