The room is clean, nice, tidy, and has a warm tone aesthetic. The staff is friendly, the technician is kind enough to teach you how to use the smart TV twice. The location is super strategic, on the M floor there are stalls and coffee, the place is cozy and the toilets are very clean. Next to the hotel there is a laundry and Alfamart. In the afternoon to night there is a lalapan open in front of the hotel. Oh my, the price is also not expensive, it is really worth it.

The bathroom smelled really bad, the towels were a bit shabby and there was no shower cap, and Wi-Fi was a big NO. Everything else was fine for the price.

The hotel's location is very strategic, not far from shopping for food and other things. The service is quite good, car parking is supported by direct security considering the limited parking. Room cleanliness is okay. Overall, it's okay for a room price under 300 thousand. The Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded to be faster. The TV has many channels. The downside is the breakfast menu and its variety, the taste is not right for the tongue. This is the second time staying here after a few years ago, the only drawback is the breakfast. With an additional fee for children's breakfast (forgot the cost), it's better to buy GoFood online, the taste is better and the price is worth it.

In terms of service, all the rooms are satisfactory, the downside is the lack of responsibility of the security and the hotel, my car was badly scratched and the security did not inform us about the incident, only we were the ones who got the damage to the car and then there was an apology, even though from the beginning the security confirmed about the scratched car incident, we would not have had a problem because it was a work accident, but what is unfortunate is why they were not honest from the start and did not confirm

I Stayed for 3 Nights Here (Room 507) To be precise on December 24, 2025 I had just come home from outside and parked, the security asked for the key to park my vehicle (because they said that was their SOP), I was in a hurry to take a shower because I was going to church for Christmas Eve service, just as I was about to go out again (wanting to go to church) my wife saw that my car was badly scratched on the left door of my car, the security parked my car very close to the wall barrier (iron bar) so it was scratched, and what was worse was that he (the security) did not want to admit that he was the one who gave the scratch when parking.. After a long argument, I was late for Christmas Eve service because of this security.. The next day (December 25, 2025) the security promised to meet me at the hotel, after a long argument, he only wanted to replace 150 thousand, I objected, I said that my car is insured, we Just pay the insurance premium (he refused to pay either). I told him to take the car to the repair shop. They agreed to restore it to its original condition. Finally, I took it to the Ketok Magic repair shop near the hotel. After the repairs, my car still had a deep dent (of course, because they didn't fix it from the inside, they just putty it all over it). It wasn't like the original agreement. I'm really fed up and traumatized by staying at this hotel...

Guest comfort is paramount, starting from the moment you enter the lobby, with its distinctive aroma. While the rooms don't provide bottled water, they do provide a water dispenser, which I found more thoughtful, as it allows for unlimited drinking.
