The service at this hotel is top-notch! When I stayed, I had to use a cane to walk because of a sprained ankle. Every staff member I encountered was always ready to help and patiently waited to open the door. The security guard even helped carry my bags to my room. Thank you so much🙏

Overall, I was satisfied! The staff was friendly and polite. The room was very cozy, but perhaps the cleanliness of the room could be improved by paying more attention to the pest control. There were small ants between the mattress and the table, and sometimes while I was lying down, an ant would suddenly pass by. The access was strategic, and otherwise, I was very satisfied. I might stay here again next time!

It was a pleasant stay at Whiz, the staff were all friendly and helpful, they informed us when we left something behind, the food was delicious, the location is strategic, easy to get around, and it was easy to find food. For feedback, the old building might need some renovation because some of the walls in the room are peeling, and if possible, add another mirror in the room, not just the one in the bathroom, so you can't change it. The room lighting could be improved because it's dim, making it a bit difficult to work. Recommended for those who want to stay in Central Jakarta

The service at this hotel is top-notch! When I stayed, I had to use a cane to walk because of a sprained ankle. Every staff member I encountered was always ready to help and patiently waited to open the door. The security guard even helped carry my bags to my room. Thank you so much🙏

This hotel has strategist location because near city center and good accessibility. The room space is wide enough. Recommended for bussiness trip or family trip.

Overall, I was satisfied! The staff was friendly and polite. The room was very cozy, but perhaps the cleanliness of the room could be improved by paying more attention to the pest control. There were small ants between the mattress and the table, and sometimes while I was lying down, an ant would suddenly pass by. The access was strategic, and otherwise, I was very satisfied. I might stay here again next time!

It was a pleasant stay at Whiz, the staff were all friendly and helpful, they informed us when we left something behind, the food was delicious, the location is strategic, easy to get around, and it was easy to find food. For feedback, the old building might need some renovation because some of the walls in the room are peeling, and if possible, add another mirror in the room, not just the one in the bathroom, so you can't change it. The room lighting could be improved because it's dim, making it a bit difficult to work. Recommended for those who want to stay in Central Jakarta
