although could be said as vintage hotel, but the cleanliness was great, rate 90. but maybe some of the room property needs to be changed, sofa especially quite smelly. the rest was still fine

Actually the service is friendly. Only when I was there, the phone call from room to room didn't work, so I used WA, sometimes the response wasn't very fast. Then almost every day the room equipment has to be reminded, there is always something missing, whether it's slippers, toothpaste, mineral water.
