Got a room on the 3rd floor where the AC was hot. We complained and set it to turbo mode but instead dripped water onto the bed. Then told to move to a room on the 2nd floor, the AC was cold only from their side asking for additional money because the type was different but we refused because we just moved that night. On the second day we extended in the same room, but the receptionist asked for additional money. Another option, if you want the price to stay the same, I have to move to another room on the 3rd floor. In conclusion, the service is not very friendly, but the overall room is clean, although narrow. Drinking water uses the contents of the dispenser, toiletries are only soap.

Super clean inn, clean rooms and toilets, big water, good hot water, friendly receptionist, easy to find places to eat. Check out at 2 again, the point is definitely stay back, And another one close to the Tanah Abang wholesale center, just walk.

The place is very clean, just walk to the land of the brother, there are plenty of places to eat too, although the location is a bit inside but it's quite safe because there is a portal that is always closed before midnight.

It's not useless for me to stay with my family at this Rainbow guesthouse because it's clean and comfortable especially the service can be said to be very satisfying ... Environmentally friendly and clean ..... I stayed up to 9 days and arrived until I invited my Adar from Lamongan for Jakarta and stay at this guesthouse to enjoy a holiday in Jakarta and stay in the rainbow charisma for 5 days thank you for the rainbow homestead and thank you traveloka I hope your cooperation will continue to be always good and for the owner of this rainbow guesthouse, please keep my name and always it's still the best dokota this

My friend recommended this hotel to me. I booked my own room which is standard room double bed. The location is close to Grand Indonesia and Tanah Abang, so strategic. The room size is small yet comfortable enough. The bed sheet and bathroom is very clean. The staff is so friendly and they always clean the lobby and rooms. Rooms price are affordable for anyone who has small budget 😊 even there are free coffee and tea. They also provides indomie and other simple meal with cheap price. This hotel is highly recommended for you who will stay in Jakarta to go for shopping in Tanah abang and Grand Indonesia. Would love to stay here again 👍

I ordered through the largest type application for 375. When I came and checked in there, the type I ordered was full and I was given a type that I didn't order (narrow). The employee said that only a minute later in the afternoon was changed. I received it because I thought it would be really moved. Anyway, when I go there, see the price, it turns out the price is 300, not 375 (impression, on more expensive sites), back to the topic of the room. At the beginning of the statement, saying that I forgot to close the website, it was already full (not my business). I who want to stay 2 days I undo, I was very forced and disappointed I slept in a room that was not my order and the next day I went home, my money was returned 25 thousand. And this was my worst experience when I ordered the application, but it didn't match my order. I was very disappointed and unsatisfactory.
