the room is not clean. The toilet is dirty, the faucet is leaking, the water spray is broken. The bed needs to be replaced and the sheets too.

From the start, we couldn't get in according to the check-in schedule because there was an extension, we ordered 5 rooms, the sheets weren't changed, they smelled, the admin was annoying, we complained and were even told to cancel, annoying.

Lokasi di pusat Kota Depok. Mau cari makanan gampang banget. Kebetulan dapet kamar paling atas sebenarnya agak ngerj juga ya, overall semua oke narahubungnya juga ramah. Setiap ada keluhan fast respon. Intinya recommended deh. Cuma sayang ga bisa berenang karena khusus penghuni atau sewa bulanan.

The air conditioner is cold, the room is clean & smells great, the cooking utensils are complete, sugar, coffee, tea is quite a lot (rare to find in other parts), bath soap and 1 towel. pay by the hour. Overall satisfied, thank you cal.

"Quite satisfied" Only the room can be found in Margonda Residence 5 with the condition of the room being clean and neat, the facilities available in the room are also quite complete. the drawback is that there is no wifi and the TV picture is ugly so it isn't good to watch.

this is my very unsatisfying experience in booking hotels, so far I have ordered hotel vouchers wherever the location of the hotel has no experience like this, from the beginning the check-in was uncomfortable, when I finished transferring the payment, I was contacted by someone claiming to be an apartment owner. location sent by the online application to the location that turned out to be wrong, until it entered a small alley in the margonda area, until finally I had to get back to the person who was meño johannes, then he directed me to the mall, said the location of the inn behind the mall, and told to the airy counter until there, it turns out there is no order for the 2 rooms according to the airy counter information, I have not paid until the airy person we connect with the person claiming to be a johannes, at the end of our family waiting for the johannes messenger to go to the airy counter they came to take us to the location of the room on the 11th floor the johannes would cancel The order because he felt that I, as a user, always blamed me for finally returning a cash refund because I had to find another hotel and the conditions were already late at night at 10:23 p.m., it turned out he could not return cash and proceeded with us getting very far 1 room in ĺ 11th floor and the other on the 24th floor, frankly we are disappointed that online applications are more selective in finding partners

Quiet good. Can be on the 24th floor, the view from the room is quite good. The tap leaked, the towel smelled and was still wet, very little soap.
