There is no elevator on the 3rd floor, only stairs, the phone is dead so if anything happens you have to go down using the STAIRS, staying 1 night, going back and forth up the stairs because the lock is stuck is very uncomfortable

The only downside is that the room is still full of small cockroaches. We need to start fogging so there aren't so many small cockroaches. The room is nice though. Fast wifi, smooth Netflix, lots of choices for food.

The toilet smells of urine, I wanted to borrow an iron but there wasn't one, I had to deposit 100 thousand rupiah (a very old-fashioned rule), there was no lift, and no windows.

Plus. City center. Next to Indomaret. Minus. No parking. AC is not cold. No mineral water. Wifi error. When taking a shower the water suddenly doesn't flow. Room smells of cigarettes. Conclude by yourself.

Thank you for the review, from the start we were a hotel, not a boarding house that changed functions. Facilities Wow! The hotel has a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, free WiFi, free drinking water, private bathroom with water heater, free electricity (if the boarding house is not free), location on the main road in the Lokasari Mangga Besar area, we will further improve the facilities according to our guests' expectations. If perhaps the price is not suitable, perhaps because that person is not our market and is more suitable for daily boarding house rentals.

The place is in a shophouse, small, the room is narrow for a family, if it's for yourself it's okay, the room is clean but doesn't smell good, internet access is smooth during the day and at night it's slow, the TV is a smart TV so you can watch YouTube and Netflix, at night it's noisy from the next room , it's karokean, it's a motorbike, it's not airtight, the point is that the toilet is clean, there's a hairdryer, just happen to take the highest type. With a price of under 300k for a staycation, it's not recommended to stop by for 1/2 a day, it's highly recommended because it's close to the Lokasari entertainment and shopping center, oh yeah, there's no mineral water in the corridor, it's empty, only the dispenser seems to have forgotten to fill the water.

Thank God, checking in was a bit late so I was upgraded from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor because the 3rd floor was full 😂 The hotel doesn't have an elevator so you have to take the stairs. The room and bathroom are okay. Only the water smells of iron and when you get ready to drive the car, the parking attendant charges Rp. 20 thousand per parking 💔 the mirror and mirror table in the room seem to have never been cleaned so they are full of dust. But overall it's really good for staying here.

Strategic location, friendly receptionist. AC is sufficient. Hot water for showering is okay. Drinking water is only on the 2nd floor. Standard rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Upgrade to the ground floor plus 50 thousand rooms right behind the reception. But the receptionist at night was extraordinarily noisy. Makes it uncomfortable.
