The hotel lobby is hot, the lobby air is not fresh, there is no fragrance, the TV channels are blurry, there are lots of ants, there is no hairdryer, the AC is leaking, the night light switch is placed behind the bed and is hard to find, the toilet sink is leaking...

The hotel staff are super friendly, always smiling, making guests feel comfortable, and are quick to respond when asked for assistance. The cleanliness is good. The beds are comfortable. The swimming area is child-friendly and there is a mini playground. The food is delicious. It is close to Lippo Karawaci Mall. Across the street is Mie Gacoan and next to it is Indomaret. If you are going to Binong or Karawaci, I will definitely choose Yasmin.

I came on Saturday, January 3, 2026, I came there to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. The room and hotel facilities were good, the downside was that the TV broadcast was not good, only one broadcast was good, the others were blurry even though it was a 4-star hotel. I suggest installing Netflix, it would be interesting and entertaining for those of us who are staying.

Comfortable, cheap but not cheap, just for the cleanliness of the area outside the hotel, please tidy it up again, I happened to get a room facing there, well, there was a lot of rubbish so it was unpleasant to look at, but for the service and facilities at an affordable price, it was really worth it.
