Friendly staff, clean place, delicious food, recommended for families, really great!

I booked a twin room, and the AC wasn't cold enough, this is something that needs to be improved, but almost all in all I was satisfied with my stay here.

The location is a bit inside, guys, but it's worth it for the service.

Satisfied with the service here, often passing by, coincidentally there was a family event nearby, the intention to stay 1 night but added 2 nights... Clean room, friendly staff, good security too... Strategic location, hungry at night the restaurant is open 24 hours, if you are bored just cross the street there is Mie Gacoan.

The service was very friendly & fast.... When we entered the room, we could still smell the strong smell of paint... Then we called FO, the response was very positive by moving us to another, more comfortable room.

For me, this is the best hotel in Karawaci. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and very clean, the AC is cold, the Wi-Fi is good, and the parking is also good, and it's free. There are many choices for breakfast and they are all delicious. The kids can also swim in the pool. It's all good. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip 😊

The room was not very clean, there were many stains on the walls, and the kettle was also dirty so it couldn't be used. I tried washing it, but it still wouldn't go away. Also, children over 5 years old were charged for breakfast, even though the breakfast menu was also quite ordinary.

It was a wonderful short staycation during Eid Fitr. Kids friendly with a swimming pool and kids playground. The staff were very welcoming. Next time, will be back here again😊
