I'm so satisfied staying here... This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍. You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. The rooms are all clean and tidy, and the food is also really delicious. Thank you guys, keep up the good work 🥰

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and I happened to have a great view on the 5th floor. The room was also soundproof and quiet. I got a delicious welcome drink. The sky platform was also a nice place, and the food was delicious. Basically, if you have any questions, just tell the staff, and they'll take care of them right away.

The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. However, there are a few things that need improvement. When I borrowed a hair dryer for my room, the hair dryer arrived with a frayed cord wrapped in electrical tape, which is quite dangerous, especially since using it in the bathroom could result in water splashes and electric shocks. When I asked for a replacement, no one came to the room to replace it. The bathroom shower was leaking, so no water came out. There were no tissues in the room. Breakfast wasn't very extensive or varied. Overall, it was okay.

A hotel strategically located near the Transum, the train station, and the city center. Clean rooms, cool air conditioning. The hotel staff is kind and friendly. The reception area is beautiful and cute. Delicious food and excellent service—great!
