We had a very comfortable 3-night stay at Zasgo Hotel during our trip to Labuan Bajo. The location is very convenient. They have a mini mart and even food stalls inside the hotel, which makes everything so easy. It’s also not far from the city center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Archi, the driver/bellboy who picked us up at the airport. He was very informative, kind, and made us feel welcomed from the first moment. Overall, Zasgo Hotel is a great place to stay in Labuan Bajo. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff in a beautiful hotel. Scrupulously clean rooms with a million dollar view from the pool bar where you will find cold beer and poolside dining. Popcorn chicken went well with an ice cold beer. There is a supermarket on the ground floor with friendly, obliging staff and ATMs. Second visit to Zasgo Hotel in a year and would have no hesitation recommending.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location is a major plus, especially with the stunning view from the top-floor restaurant. It was so helpful that the hotel offered breakfast to go options, which made it easy to start our excursions early. We also appreciated the convenience of the downstairs market, where we could easily find things we needed and even shop for gifts, like local Flores coffee. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, making our trip all the more enjoyable.

Every time I asked for assistance, the staff responded with a cheerful "dengan senang hati," which means "with pleasure." Their genuine enthusiasm and willingness to help created such a positive and inviting environment.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The amenities are top-notch, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals that cater to a variety of tastes.

Strategic location, the ocean view from the swimming pool and restaurant is really cool, especially at sunset, you must take photos, the breakfast menu variety is also quite good and all the taste is delicious, the service is also good, all the employees are friendly and very helpful. I tried a total of 3 hotels during my 6 days in Labuan Bajo and the best one is still Zasgo, that's why I booked Zasgo again on my last day there 😄

It was my first time in Labuan Bajo and I immediately stayed here. There's a supermarket and mini-mall, though the selection isn't extensive. The location is strategic, as the restaurant and pool directly overlook the ocean, allowing for a purple sunset in the evening. The rooms are clean, though not particularly large. It was my first time in Labuan Bajo and I immediately stayed here. There's a supermarket and mini-mall, though the selection isn't extensive. The location is strategic, as the restaurant and pool directly overlook the ocean, allowing for a purple sunset in the evening. The rooms are clean, though not particularly large. We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location is a major plus, especially with the stunning view from the top-floor restaurant. It was so helpful that the hotel offered breakfast to go options, which made it easy to start our excursions early. We also appreciated the convenience of the downstairs market, where we could easily find things we needed and even shop for gifts, like local Flores coffee. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, making our trip all the more enjoyable.

Friendly staff, strategic location, the good thing is there is Zasgo mart, CFC, Miniso downstairs, no need to leave the hotel, just go downstairs, highly recommended.
