I stayed in a Family Room. The pillowcases were stained, the bed sheets and blankets were faded, the AC on the second floor wasn't cold enough, it was stuffy with no windows, and the room wasn't soundproof; you could hear people talking outside. The hot water was great. The small parking lot was difficult to get in and out of, as the hotel is part of an office.

The room is cramped, so we have to pray in the prayer room. The bathroom is cramped and smells bad. Spraying air freshener and putting in mothballs only makes the smell go away for a while and it doesn't last long. The Wi-Fi is slow. The signal in the room is weak even though I'm using a network operator.

When I first checked in, I was given a very small room in the corner and didn't get a signal, even though the price I paid was almost 500K and it was really not worth it. I complained and was then given a similar room but on a different floor and the bathroom was not clean. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. It is not recommended if you are on holiday with your family.

You can refill your own water at the provided dispenser. However, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are NOT provided. Please improve the toilet flush, as the spray is too strong and the walls vibrate. I booked a family mezzanine room but didn't get a mezzanine. There's only a double bed for 4 people. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was mostly bland and lacked flavor. The food was just okay.

This hotel was the worst I've ever been to. The toilet smelled really bad, the sheets were dirty and damp, the ventilation was very poor, and it was very dirty and smelly. I only stayed there for 2 hours and then left. My friend's room had a leaking AC and the room was flooded.

The hotel staff were very quick with their service, when we complained they came straight away and were very friendly. The downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV so you can't watch Netflix or YouTube, but for everything else it's really good.

The hotel is nice, not far from the station, about a 5-minute walk. The room is also big and clean. I took a family room, with a king-size bed underneath and two single beds above. The breakfast is pretty good, but it could be improved because it's a bit bland. 👍👍

The parking area is cramped, the food wasn't hot, the sheets and pillowcases were stained and faded, there was a seat cushion that was used as a headrest, and the bidet was leaking on the left side. Luckily, it was just a transit stop. Please fix it to make it even better.

first of all, i took this hotel since this is the one of the nearest hotel from station. seems uncomfortable at first regarding the cleanliness in the bathroom. however, i've got sick and urgent to go to hospital. Pak Dais (security staff) and the other one from kitchen i guess (my bad i do not recognize his name) were very helpful to give a hand during this urgency. He were not help during in hotel but accompany to the nearest hotel until I and my mom got the doctor in the IGD. I think this is the first time I've experience during my stay, yet Zodiac staff services will be stay in my good memories. Keep the good service Zodiac and team and thank you esp pak Dais ☺️
