Clean rooms, staff was perfect, helped with any questions or concerns I had. We had a triple room and it was spacious for all of us. I would definitely recommend this place. Only complaint were the pillows, which were like rocks. Other than that I would book again.

This hotel is in a great location right outside of the Temple Bar area. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a little awkward because the half panel of glass that was in the shower let a lot of water out, so we just put towels down to help absorb the shower water. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel restaurant, but it looked really nice. As I’ve read in previous reviews, the church bells are slightly annoying, ringing all hours of the night, but after all of the walking and sightseeing you do in Dublin, you should hopefully be able to sleep through that noise. The pub next-door can be a little loud, but that was our favorite pub in Dublin. Randomly two nights in a row, the fire alarm in our room went off for no reason, and when we inquired about it in the morning, they said they weren’t sure what happened, but that they were looking into it. It wasn’t something to get upset about, but it made it hard to fall asleep those two nights. The hotel is a half a block up from the river and practically across the street from the Dublin castle. It has great walk ability and the bus stop coming from the airport was only a few minutes away from the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Check out the pub next-door, Darkey Kelly’s, and have a pint.

Stayed for a few nights with my friend as part of our girls trip. Upon arriving they let us keep our suitcases there so we could explore a bit before check-in. We asked about vegan friendly places for food and drink and were given lots of options. It was very central to all the things that we wanted to go and see. The room was really clean and we had a nice view down the road to the river Liffey. Would absolutely love to stay again the next time I visit Dublin.

I wish hotels would show photos of the front of the building when they have 4/5 big steps up to the front door with no ramps. Then more steps to the lift, 😞☹️I’m not sure if it was bad timing for us but, the lift wasn’t working to come down, the next next day it wasn’t working at all, the technician was there but only go the lift to work to go up🙄 again the lift didn’t work to come down from your floor. The shower is over a large bath isn’t for everyone, the shower head was too high too big. No shampoo or conditioner. Not a hotel for elderly or people with disabilities.

Great location. Good room for the price paid. Comfy bed and powerful shower…ticking all my boxes. However couple of issues…hole in bottom of shower screen..meant leakage all over the floor. Worse to come…silverfish in the room. Eeeughhh. Told reception and tbh didn’t seem overly concerned. Said cleaners had done a deep clean after I had advised of the silverfish. I know what a deep clean is and this wasn’t. Not sure this wud actually get rid of the silverfish. So spent another night with them..

I first arrived to this location and was not feeling well. I had been sick on the plane was feeling horrible. I arrived 3 hours early, but as the clerk could see on my face he saw to it that my room was made ready as soon as possible. I appreciate that so much I was able to settle into my room take a hot shower which helped so much. This location is centrally located from all the attractions. Everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. The room was very clean and nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay I will be back.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked expecting a clean, comfortable room based on the photos and price (around $200/night). What we walked into was completely different. There were multiple hairs on the bed sheets, visible dirt on the bed and floors, and even a bug in the sink. We tried brushing some of it off at first, but quickly realized the room had clearly not been properly cleaned. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable. We reported it immediately. The receptionist apologized and told us a refund “would not be a problem,” explaining she would confirm with the manager. Based on that reassurance, we decided to leave. After we departed, management claimed their inspections found no issues and denied that a refund had been suggested. Being told that what we clearly saw “wasn’t there” felt dismissive and dishonest. The hotel was not at capacity, so our leaving did not prevent them from rebooking the room. Our experience also aligns with other reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns and misleading photos. Between the poor condition of the room and the refusal to take accountability, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
