Localização bem estratégica

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked expecting a clean, comfortable room based on the photos and price (around $200/night). What we walked into was completely different. There were multiple hairs on the bed sheets, visible dirt on the bed and floors, and even a bug in the sink. We tried brushing some of it off at first, but quickly realized the room had clearly not been properly cleaned. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable. We reported it immediately. The receptionist apologized and told us a refund “would not be a problem,” explaining she would confirm with the manager. Based on that reassurance, we decided to leave. After we departed, management claimed their inspections found no issues and denied that a refund had been suggested. Being told that what we clearly saw “wasn’t there” felt dismissive and dishonest. The hotel was not at capacity, so our leaving did not prevent them from rebooking the room. Our experience also aligns with other reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns and misleading photos. Between the poor condition of the room and the refusal to take accountability, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The front desk were not particularly helpful and they modelled poor behaviour to staff being trained. Room was dated and needed touching up.

Very clean, great location close to temple bar! It was a great place to stay when you first get to Dublin! Great service. Thank you again!

Ein recht neu renoviertes Zimmer mit geschlossenen dunklen Vorhängen. Zieht man sie auf, gibt es keine Untergardine und man hat eine große Dachfläche die wie eine eigene Ebene direkt vor dem Fenster in Fensterhöhe beginnt. Gegenüberliegende Häuser haben direkten Blick ins Zimmer. Also Gardine wieder zu. Weder der Ausblick, noch die Intimität laden zur geöffneten Gardine ein. Das Bett ist eine Katatrophe. Alles neu, aber recht lieblos. Das Frühstück kann man getrost weglassen und woanders lecker essen gehen. Das geht wirklich nur, wenns mal schnell gehen muss.

Good hotel but room lacked windows, with only a skylight

Das ganze Zimmer ist etwas herunter gekommen. Der Teppichboden, ist nicht sehr angenehm. Die Fenster konnten man nicht öffnen, waren auch nicht gerade dicht und wir vermuten dass nachts die Heizung abgedreht wurde, das hatte die Folge das es irgendwann kalt im Zimmer wurde. Die Lage ist gut, alles schnell erreichbar und das Personal, war bei Fragen auch sehr freundlich.

This hotel is ideally located in the Temple Bar area. It's a couple blocks from the actual Temple Bar, which means there are far fewer crowds but it's only a couple minutes' walk to be in the middle of everything. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was comfortable and had a combination of upgrades (what looked like new headboards) and worn items (carpet). There was construction happening one floor below us, but that was limited to normal working hours and not an issue. The only real frustration I had was check-in. We dropped our bags at 9:30am and were told they would call us if the room was ready before 3:00. We came back and sat in the bar across from the front desk to wait starting at 2:30, and I still had to ask the after 3:00 if the room was ready and was told it wasn't yet.

Good location, room was clean...rooms and bathrooms need updating but all in all it was an ideal stay.

The hotel is in a great location and is accessible to many attractions. The room itself was nice, but the hallway had trash outside during the entirety of our visit. The biggest concern was when we did not receive our wake up call. Thankfully, we had our phone alarm set. I think with minor adjustments, this could be a wonderful hotel.
