This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. There is easy access to just about anywhere in the city by walking from here. The staff and accommodations are excellent. We have stayed twice and will again.

We enjoyed the ambience of this hotel. Our only gripe (or why it is a 4 star rating) is that the lobby, bar and restaurant area were always packed with individuals who were not guests at the hotel. We went downstairs to have a drink, only to find that every seat was taken or reserved.

I was woken up at 7.30 am by two workmen drilling in the corridor outside my room. Two calls to reception failed to get it stopped and I had to get dressed and go out onto the corridor to ask them to stop. They looked surprised and the noise did eventually stop. I guessed they had finished the job by then. Management must have known about this and unless it was a real emergency, surely they would not allow building works within earshot of guests, at least not without warning them.

Room on 5th floor facing fire hq- however no issues during staff. Room cleaned everyday, room was fine, no fridge, however shower water temperature was warm, never hot. Staff pleasant, however breakfast was very busy, staff were deliveribg items to the wrong table or in our case forgot to bring us the fried egg as requested. Dined in hotel on first night, only customers and given wrong menu! Location ideal for sightseeing and 15mins from Connolly station. Unfortunate to see homeless tents across from hotel entrance and a soup kitchen nearby, but tvis is society today busy and staff w

Lobby and bar area is nice. Rooms that face back are subject to the fire dept noise. Also you can hear every time a door slams in the hallway. Hot water would take a while in the morning

We booked the room with a balcony, overseeing Trinity College. It was a good centralized location, walking distance to Temple bar, Trinity college and most major attractions. The room was a good size, clean and had plenty of storage space. We really enjoyed our stay here!
