What a wonderful find - great location to town center, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and the entire lobby courtyard areas - magnificent!! This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Dublin!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant food was delicious! Our waitress Ciara and Esma went above and beyond to make our dinner exceptional. They should be made employees of the year!!

A friend and I stayed here and it was an excellent location for exploring Dublin on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They organized a ride to the airport for us and were available with an umbrella on a rainy day. We had a nice dinner at the bar. The drinks were great! And the beds were comfortable and the room surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Definitely recommend this hotel for location and service!

Excellent service from all the staff, from check-in, valet and restaurant. Alberto took special care of us and made sure everything was perfect, especially for my aging mother who has mobility issues. Thank you for a memorable stay in this wonderful city!

The hotel felt dated; the design choices for the room were somewhat questionable and it seemed worn. The room could have been vacuumed better. The twin bed setup was quite strange, but that was my mistake booking a room like that. The hotel’s vibe was a bit strange, like its aim was upscale (and clientele reflected that), but the common areas skewed older and gaudier. Dublin was great - and the location of the hotel was too. But it felt off staying there. And the staff could have been friendlier. A three-star hotel aiming for bigger things but not reaching the goal. Overall, it needs to be renovated and to feel more modern.
