Great hotel! Great service

We found the stay incredibly convenient to all the Dublin attractions. The facility was excellent and the staff even better. We had a car and parking is usually difficult in Dublin. They had unlimited in/out for 25 Euro/day which worked excellent. We’d like to give specific accolades to Kenneth, the porter who was especially helpful with bags, the vehicle, and arranging tours. Highly recommended!

The staff was excellent. The restaurant staff was attentive and personable. The concierge / valet was outstanding. He remembered our car and always had it ready a few minutes early.

Trinity City Hotel worked well for our family of four for two nights. Our room had a double bed and two singles. We stayed over New Years and had a nice dinner in the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was helpful and pleasant. Hotel was well located for exploring Dublin.

The room was freezing and the bathroom was not not fit for purpose. This hotel had all the qualities of a poker, apart for its occasional warmth. I moved to another hotel the next morning

Great location, but the fire department out my window did a sound check in the middle of the night and was very active the entire stay.

Rooms were well kept and comfortable. Staff were responsive to our requests when anything was missing.

Lovely room & great location. We didnt eat in the Hotel but the bar area for a nightcap was nice. Quick & efficient checkin.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast, great location

We enjoyed the ambience of this hotel. Our only gripe (or why it is a 4 star rating) is that the lobby, bar and restaurant area were always packed with individuals who were not guests at the hotel. We went downstairs to have a drink, only to find that every seat was taken or reserved.

Good room, good facilities, excellent bed

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. There is easy access to just about anywhere in the city by walking from here. The staff and accommodations are excellent. We have stayed twice and will again.

I was woken up at 7.30 am by two workmen drilling in the corridor outside my room. Two calls to reception failed to get it stopped and I had to get dressed and go out onto the corridor to ask them to stop. They looked surprised and the noise did eventually stop. I guessed they had finished the job by then. Management must have known about this and unless it was a real emergency, surely they would not allow building works within earshot of guests, at least not without warning them.
