It is a beautiful old hotel and lovely inside. Only drawback was the assorted homeless tents (4) across the street.

Amazing!!! The location. The hospitality! Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The concierge was so helpful and the driver in front (Gerry) was great!!’ We booked 2 trips with him in advance. It was so nice to have that peace of mind and he was hilarious! Loved the beautiful ambiance and can’t wait to come again!!!

Customer service was wonderful. Staff was friendly, helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants. Hotel was clean. Location was ideal and walkable. Parking on site which was so convenient.

Keys for room didn’t work several times!

The receptionist refused to check me in at 2 pm, while at the same time she checked in other guests who arrived at the same time. And this is me coming in from an overnight flight. I had to speak to another receptionist who then checked me in with no issue. The hair dryer in my room was not working. They kept insisting I keep my finger on it, which I did, it still didn’t work. I called, they sent a replacement which also only worked for 4 seconds. Called to order food service, asked what beef options they have, they said a burger so I ordered that only to have it delivered with beacon on it. I explicitly asked for beef options since I don’t eat pork due to religious convictions. The last straw was when I called the reception to order me a taxi. The taxi arrived and took me to the airport but then charged me 38 euros, which I know was way over the top since it’s usually never more than 25 euros to the airport. So I asked the driver to see the taxi meter and he said that it’s a flat rate they have with the Trinity City Hotel. All in all, not a hotel I’ll ever come back to.

Wonderful hotel

The front desk staff let the hotel down..uncaring. Also valet parking is very limited and the location of the auxiliary parking is a 5 minute walk but a 25 minute drive! Is difficult to find and very tight. There is no porterage available. Altogether unsatisfactory. The positive is that the wait staff are very agreeable.

Nice hotel. I booked here thinking tge is a valet parking but they did not have anything available. I was disappointed because we had a long day.

Trinity City Hotel was highly recommended by family who visit every year. We love it and always have a wonderful stay!

The Trinity City Hotel was elegant, the rooms were very spacious, personal attention to detail, great breakfast that was a great price and full of choices. The staff and concierge were very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect and walkable to everything in Dublin yet not loud and full of bars and people. We would definitely stay here again

Great location, beautiful hotel.

We stayed for a week at The Trinity City Hotel, using it as our hub when we traveled throughout Ireland. It is centrally located and had most all of the amenities we needed for our trip. We could not have chosen a better hotel. All of the staff during our stay was terrific, but Kenneth, the concierge, deserves a special shout out. He made restaurant recommendations in Dublin that were spot on. He also gave us tour recommendations and helped us hire a driver for a trip outside of the city. We had never been to Ireland before, and he made the trip so much more memorable for us. Overall, this was a fantastic property and we felt at home during our stay.

What a wonderful find - great location to town center, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and the entire lobby courtyard areas - magnificent!! This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Dublin!
