Mannin Hotel

We did not like being woke up each morning with the door banging and our carpet needed a good clean.

This was a really nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. However parking under the hotel was difficult, tight narrow bends, and narrow parking spaces - might prove particularly challenging with a car larger than a golf or fiesta. We had booked a room with a balcony not realising that the balcony reached into the atrium. There was no direct daylight coming into the room and walkways to rooms at the front of the building were no more than a few metres from the balcony. This meant we were afforded no privacy - meaning curtains were drawn most of the time. That said I would not hesitate to book this hotel again but would request an outside facing room - albeit without a balcony.

A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.

Wonderful hotel. Was in a great spot along the beach and allowed for easy access to the city! The food options were also amazing!

Not only is the hotel in a great location, it is clean and modern but best of all, friendly. Every member of staff we met was excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent, something I've rarely found in hotel restaurants. So good we ate dinner there on two nights.

The staff were amazing, breakfast super and all facilities needed were available. We felt so welcome and at home at all times. They remembered us and our needs at all times. I would definitely return!

Quality hotel although my room was not adapted so struggled with the shower over a bath the bed was fantastic all little extras were there too, its my 2nd stay at this hotel & the only improvement they could make would be the breakfast the bacon & sausage very greasy & undercooked, the staff are excellent throughout & bar/ restaurang orices very fair for a hotel of this standard.I will be back.

Staff were great, food great, rooms serviced every day and replenished. Very clean and Tidy. Room had a balcony that was indoors, a bit unique but very functional.

We always choose to stay here. We’ve never had any issues. Spotless rooms, excellent service lovely staff. Good breakfast options. Some parking options on site. Small friendly bar area. We like the balcony rooms nice to sit for a nightcap.

Had a lovely four day stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast menu was very good and the service was exceptional. Would totally reccomend this hotel.

Colleagues paid less than I did for same stay and hotel but I guess they had platforms with more buying power

Great location. Staff were extremely nice and professional. Just note there are no actual outdoor balconies here, the photos are of indoor balconies which was the oddest thing Id ever seen. The balcony was in the middle of the building facing the open walkway corridor of the rooms opposite so you cant go to sleep wirh the curtains opening hoping that daylight will wake you natrually unless you want those across from you seeing you walking in your PJs.

Helpful staff with directions around the island and early breakfast when I had a ferry to catch at 7 am.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Nothing to complain about. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Had two evening meals here. Quality food at a very good price. Staff friendly and helpful. Special mention for Susannah who was informative and very cheerful.

Great place to stay in the middle of the esplanade easy to get to all public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Food was good. Hotel was quiet at night. Staff were excellent
