Staff very good and helpful. Elevators tiny and with a tour group took forever to use. no USB outlets in room and few regular outlets. No door on shower (typ european thing). No hair condtioner. A/C and heater turned off. $65 taxi to and from airport. Poor WiFi. However: VERY CLEAN.

There was excessive mold in the bathroom. Another user shared pictures and I'm sure our rooms was as bad if not worse. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool advertised in the Expedia post, but it was closed. We were a very expensive cab ride away from all the sites in Rome so totally NOT worth it. The person checking us in was also very rude, told us it would be 15 mins then kept us waiting well over an hour, and when confronted he then said our check-in wasnt until whatever time it was later so that we would have been in the wrong to complain (ie if it was currently 250pm at that moment he said it was for 330), despite saying our room was going to be ready an hour ago, AND our Expedia confirmation said our check-in was for 230 so he was in fact late. This was a really disappointing end to our time in Italy.

The carpet in the room was filthy, the pillows were horrible and the faucet in the bathroom barely had a water flow and the water in the toilet kept running and making loud noises. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend to others.

Excellent accommodation

It was very beautiful, away from the city hustle and bustle, if you’re a city lover might not be for you… there’s a shuttle tho that takes you to a central location easy to access all of the fun things to see in Rome.

This property was a disappointment. Expedia advertised that breakfast was included but it was not. We were told it’s $10 per day, per person. We were planning on using the pool but upon arrival the pool was not open and available for use. There was maintenance going on and there was no update on when it would be available. The WiFi was terrible, and we could not use Netflix or any streaming services. We checked out a day earlier and didn’t receive a refund either

I didn’t like the way that I had to ask for supplies. Like necessary toiletries. Had to calll front desk 4 times. They didn’t answer the phone. A/c broke down intermittently. The bed was comfortable. But the food Cho

They didn’t have the room I reserved available the first night and weren’t very apologetic about it. The room we had the first night was very modern looking but had no closet or dresser and only a glass shelf for a nightstand. When we got into the right room, the furniture was a bit older but much more practical. There was a closet, a small dresser and 2 nightstands. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning service was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. We paid for the breakfast which was a nice buffet that included fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, nuts and seeds, bread, cheeses and cold cuts. There were also scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes, but they were often cold. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and made fresh espresso and cappuccino upon request. They had soy milk available as well. The pool was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of lounging chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback was that the entire pool was deep, which was difficult for swimming with young children. The hotel was located a bit further from downtown than we expected but there was a bus stop nearby. There is a shuttle service to the nearest metro station a couple of times a day but we didn’t find out about it until our last day. There was a grocery store and a home store, with a bit of everything, a few minutes walk from the hotel. On the same strip there was a café, a couple of fast food places and a restaurant. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Pool was great as well as breakfast from 7-10am-a lot of choices. Wifi was very slow and TV froze so didn’t use it during my 10 day stay. Everything else such as the bathroom and beds were great!

Property was clean. The ac did not work the best but it was still tolerable.

The location is good but a little noisy outside. The staff are amazing! My room had issues with the bathroom and there a smell from water getting to the carpet from the bathroom. Overall an ok stay!

The lobby looked great but the room was falling apart. The AC in the room is just for keeping the room not burning. When we needed to cool down after a trip, we had to hang out in the lobby to get the real AC there. There were ants in our room. The receptionists were helpful but the old gentleman at the bar was so rude and grumpy all the time. Maybe because we’re not white? Shuttle bus to the nearest metro was useful and one of the drivers was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and provided transportation into city center area, since it was too far from city center to make walkable.
