Breakfast was good, outdoor pool should be open sooner (Canadians like cool weather), took 1.5 hours to walk to Vatican City. Wish it was closer. Hotel not convenient for public transportation

04.03.–09.03.2026 Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung. Die Bushaltestellen sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, allerdings gibt es keinen Gehweg. Man muss am Rand einer Schnellstraße laufen, was ich als gefährlich empfunden habe. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle-Service (für bis zu 8 Personen, Plätze können nicht reserviert werden) morgens sowie nachmittags zur Battistini Metrostation an. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen sehr klein. Es gab kein Bügeleisen und kein Bügelbrett sowie nur wenig Platz für Aufbewahrung. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Auch das Badezimmer war klein. Die Tür musste immer mit dem Schlüssel abgeschlossen werden, sonst ging sie von selbst auf. Außerdem hatte die Tür unten einen Spalt von etwa 2 cm, sodass man alle Geräusche aus dem Bad hören konnte. Das Internet war langsam. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel finde ich das insgesamt mangelhaft. Beim Frühstück waren die Rühreier, Bohnen und Kartoffeln immer kalt, obwohl sie auf Warmhalteplatten standen. Die Brötchen waren sehr klein und trocken. Es gab zwei Sorten Toastbrot (weiß und Vollkorn), Käse, Salami, Schinken, gekochte Eier, Frischkäse sowie drei verschiedene Kuchen. Außerdem gab es drei Sorten Saft und einen Kaffeeautomaten zur Selbstbedienung mit Einwegbechern. Man konnte vom Personal auch Kaffee in einer Tasse bekommen. Insgesamt fand ich die Auswahl und Qualität für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ebenfalls mangelhaft. Auch das Restaurant bzw. die Bar entsprach nicht den 4-Sterne-Hotel. Personal freundlich. 3-sterne

Sehr nettes Personal, ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Andere Gäste waren im Zimmer nicht zu hören, die Schalldämmung ist top. Der Hotel-Shuttle zur U-Bahn-Station war super praktisch. Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Staff very good and helpful. Elevators tiny and with a tour group took forever to use. no USB outlets in room and few regular outlets. No door on shower (typ european thing). No hair condtioner. A/C and heater turned off. $65 taxi to and from airport. Poor WiFi. However: VERY CLEAN.

There was excessive mold in the bathroom. Another user shared pictures and I'm sure our rooms was as bad if not worse. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool advertised in the Expedia post, but it was closed. We were a very expensive cab ride away from all the sites in Rome so totally NOT worth it. The person checking us in was also very rude, told us it would be 15 mins then kept us waiting well over an hour, and when confronted he then said our check-in wasnt until whatever time it was later so that we would have been in the wrong to complain (ie if it was currently 250pm at that moment he said it was for 330), despite saying our room was going to be ready an hour ago, AND our Expedia confirmation said our check-in was for 230 so he was in fact late. This was a really disappointing end to our time in Italy.

The carpet in the room was filthy, the pillows were horrible and the faucet in the bathroom barely had a water flow and the water in the toilet kept running and making loud noises. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend to others.

Excellent accommodation

It was very beautiful, away from the city hustle and bustle, if you’re a city lover might not be for you… there’s a shuttle tho that takes you to a central location easy to access all of the fun things to see in Rome.

Frühstück, Pool und Parkplätze waren gut. Das Personal am Empfang war außerordentlich gut, schnell und kompetent.
