Great hotel with easy access to downtown rome on their shuttle and a 10min walk to the subway. Hotel, rooms and pool were beautiful. I couldnt imagine staying in a hotel downtown Rome in this heat. Having this large pool was amazing

Amazing hotel. The rooms are massive and luxurious and very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had some of the best food in Italy. The only down side is it’s a little outside of the city central but they offer a free bus multiple times a day. I highly recommend this property.

Awful hotel, they don’t reply, terrible customer service. The only way they deal with things is by leaving reviews. Double charged the tourist tax of 45euros. Emailed twice and ignored. On a similar note, if you like the use of a swimming pool in 35degree heat, don’t book this hotel as you may find it is closed at short notice due to a ‘private event’.

The staff at Naplesuites were quite helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is a bit difficult to find but the neighbours were quite helpful. It is close by many attractions and a busy neighbourhood, but very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The staff here make this place great!

The place itself is great. Food is great. But the staff was very rude and not understanding. I was argued with and called a liar in regards to a bus shuttle that failed to pick us up.

The best hotel we have stayed at! Just outside of the center of rome which was great as it wasn’t crowded. Whole hotel is well maintained and VERY clean. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke both italian and english. If we go back to rome we will definitely be staying here!
