This is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay, particularly the restaurant. Food choices were excellent and service was outstanding. The only negative happened at the registration desk. We were supposed to get our room ready at 3 PM (after arriving at 11 AM from an 8-hour flight), and it was almost 3:30 PM without a room, not even after claiming my Bonvoy status. The attitude of the person at the front desk was very rude and impolite. Fortunately, the supervisor was there and solved it with a last-minute room "upgrade". We'll be back, but hopefully we will find a room ready on arrival or maybe the same supervisor close to reception.

Beautiful hotel, lovely customer service, great restaurant- 20 minutes Uber car ride to city centre. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the city centre for 8 euros. Everything about this hotel was great. We had a wonderful stay.

The location is somewhat isolated.

Next to high way and a little far away to the city. Dinning is limited

The hotel was immaculate. The staff was super nice. The location was perfect. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance. The view from the roof top was amazing.

I will definitely come back here. The hotel is new, clean and has amazing staff. The only issue is that it is far from the main tourist areas but that’s reflected in the price so taking a taxi to the main areas is definitely worth it. The restaurant is also great. We got here pretty late and they served us amazing food and gelato.

Minha estadia foi muito boa no que se refere a estrutura do hotel, porém a recepção foi algo decepcionante, primeiro porque duas pessoas apenas falavam outra lingua alem do ingles e italiano, espanhol por exemplo, e outra situação foi o cobrança indevida duas vezes no meu cartão de credito sem minha previa comunicação e ciencia minha, o cartão utilizado indevidamente para tal credito foi o cartão utilizado no caução inicial de 400 euros, posteriormente foram cobrados mais 375 euros se minha autorização, todos realizado depois das 21h.

It is a beautiful place. But when it comes to service it is moderate and on occasion a bit clumsy. That is not in proportion with the price. Besides that, in many hotels with lower price settings coffee from a machine in lobby or lounge are included. Here it was not the case, that doesn’t feel very welcoming.
