Was a pleasant stay. We were meet at the curb to check in and were assisted with our luggage. We were shown how to operate the lift and use the key card for the AC and lights. It was a welcomed ending to a very rough flight canceled day. Highly recommend. We felt like family.

The room was a suite for 4 and was perfect. We just stayed overnight but location close to airport was ideal and price very reasonable. The shuttle service is extra like other places but service was great.

The room was clean but the bathroom definitely had some mold in the grout throughout the entire bathroom. The complimentary water was a nice touch.

We were just in Rome for one night, so the hotel served its purpose, but it felt more like a motel than an hotel and our room was across an alley, which didn’t feel very safe. The shuttle to the airport was 30 euro for four people to the airport, which felt pricey, but not sure.

This hotel is a convenient location if you need one night near the airport, but it is not well maintained. The most significant issue we had was the mold in the bathroom. It was everywhere and developed enough that it is clear that proper cleaning has not taken place in quite some time, if ever. There was also what seems to be a hole burned into one of the chairs, which they covered up with a book to hide. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, and the comforter was dirty. The listing says that a shuttle can be arranged from the train station, and that wasn't true. It also says that a shuttle can be arranged at a requested time, and that wasn't the case either. We were told that the shuttle only comes on the hour, which we were able to work with, so that was ok, but it is different than what the listing says. The place isn't terrible, but that mold grossed me out so much that I would never stay there again.

The hotel was not what was advertised. We had the wrong phone number that was sent by booking. Com. We could not contact them to send a shuttle for 20 euros and ended up paying $66 for an Uber. Also minimal air conditioning.

When we arrived to our room, the back door was left wide open with anyone to access the roomZ. Kinda creepy and had to inspect the area. The room looked clean on arrival but had dirty/stained signs and pulled out the comforters from the wardrobe and both were covered in hair. Otherwise it was a good stay for the night.

I would never recommend this property. There was white Pierre all over the room, looks like it was meant to control some bug problem. Our couch didn’t not shut and we didn’t need a second bed. The shower leaked all over the floor and the shower handle broke. The only positive was it was close to the airport but it sounded like the airplanes were going to land in the room.

Inconvenient location. 30 euros transfer back and forth from the airport when you can go to the city for 14 with the train. Amenities very basic and “motel like”. Spend your money either at the airport itself or in the city.

This was a perfect stop to stayover before an early flight out of FCO in the morning. No frills, just a good location, clean room, hot water in the shower. They also arranged for a shuttle to the airport in the morning which went smoothly.

This is a simple local place. Hotel staff walked with me to get me settled in my room. The shuttle was early and so was I. A good location, an easy walk to the beach. I was a little nervous as a woman traveling alone, but I was well cared for.
