We had a lost property issue, and the staff were very very helpful in resolving the issue. It was very convenient being close to the airport. We had no rush in getting ready for our flight. There is also a couple of restaurants near by. The hotel also has a very convenient transport service to the airport which eases the hassle of sorting out your own transport.

The staff was amazing and so was the room . I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place by the airport. Theres also a security gate around the property

The room was very comfortable.

Not for tall people. Ceiling in the room was sloped so it required walking mostly on one side of the room or crouching. If you're more than 5'8", you may be bumping your head a few times and you'll be crouching under for the shower head. Can't complain too much for the price compared to other parts of Rome. It's close to the airport. If you can arrange for the shuttle, it's cheaper than getting a taxi.

The shower didn't work well. Fridge wasn't working

Probably the best option if you need to sleep near the airport; convenient parking on facilities right in front of the quaint little bungalows/units. Staff extemely competent and welcoming, speaks many languages. Highly recommended

If you are thinking about this property, think again. Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. There is just one person as staff and he is obnoxiously rude, discourteous, and unprofessional. To go to the room, you go up on a rickety elevator that moves at a snail's pace and you have to keep the button depressed. If you don't, it stops. The room had a sloping ceiling, and you could not stand straight. During the night, I got up from my bed and hit the ceiling. Horrible accommodation among the five other hotels I stayed in Italy on this trip. The absolute worst. And the nearest decent dining is a mile away and you walk.

The property was well set up, clean, and convenient to the airport. Fiumicino isn’t a tourist destination, but a waypoint for onward travel. E H suites was perfect for that. There were good cafes and restaurants nearby.

I like to start with "airport shuttle" which does not exist, you have to pay 20 Euro each way and you must call and wait for it, I have called 2 different number and ended up taking a taxi to hotel which was same price, late arrival is problematic. Beds are not comfortable. Unit was clean but low angled ceiling is not very comfortable to use on top floors.

This is an amazing property with great parking. Close to the airport.

Very welcoming helpful staff. Rooms were well presented and remarkably quiet for being near airport. Transport from the airport to the hotel was tricky but once there the staff organised all our travel needs

Clean little place. Nice helpful staff especially Wu San. It is a very small "apartment". The two spaces called bedrooms have a tiny wall between them and a moving door to close the room. Not sound proof between spaces. The washing machine dryer didn't dry and they couldn't fix it so let us use the neighbour appt dryer. All in all recommended for a family with kids. The area lacks decent dining options but has a lot of grocery shops around. All in all recommended
