Super handy to Roma Termini, close to shops; and easy to navigate the area. Only gripes were, the stairs maybe need some refurbishment (the elevator is perfectly operational and safe though, so not a big deal), and the entry area / lobby was empty and slightly confusing at first; I was worried I was in the wrong place for half a minute. But again, not a big deal. Great location and good rooms, great staff and service.

Air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms. Staff tried to accommodate by providing fans.
Hot water was not working due to boiler failure, as advised by reception.
Scuff marks in both reception and rooms on older painted walls.
Paid for breakfast through Expedia was only sweet pastries, nowhere near the selection displayed in the photos.
This hotel does not match photos provided.
Would not stay here again.

Didn't realize this hotel is on the 4th fl of a building... a bit uneasy at 1st (lobby is a mess) but the hotel itself (26 rooms) were clean and comfortable. I would say they should add some shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.

Entrance is not as bad as some reviews say. It was clean and updated. Elevator is small but worked fine. Staff is friendly . Rooms are very clean and daily cleaned. Comfortable bed , good air conditioning, good continental breakfast. Excellent location.

A good area, very close to a Metro station, and 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. The staff are really nice and helpful. They have a great buffet breakfast, which costs extra, but good value compared to what you will find nearby and lots of options. The area is busy, but feels nice. Very clean, and beds are really comfortable. If I ever go back to Rome, I would stay there again.

Great location! Easy access to bus just a few steps at the front of the hotel and metro is about 2 mins walk. The front desk staffs are nice, helpful and courteous they always have a smile same with the housekeeping staff. The room was ok. They can use a better pillow. They also don’t provide a tissue box which can be useful. The water pressure is great. The windows does not have a screen so when you open it the mosquitoes and other bugs comes in. The hotel is on the 4th floor but the entrance to the hotel on the 1st floor is not so appealing for now since it’s under renovation but the smell is not so good either it smells like urine. I hope those hotels in that building will make the entrance more appealing and inviting.
