The hotel is very well located, the elevators are a bit small. The staff is very nice, Victoria even gave us tips to restaurants and other tours.

A good area, very close to a Metro station, and 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. The staff are really nice and helpful. They have a great buffet breakfast, which costs extra, but good value compared to what you will find nearby and lots of options. The area is busy, but feels nice. Very clean, and beds are really comfortable. If I ever go back to Rome, I would stay there again.

Helt greit hotell hvis man ikke forventer for mye. Litt vanskelig å finne frem siden hotellet ligger i 4 etasje med flere hoteller i etasjene under. Perfekt beliggenhet med ca 20 minutters gangavstand til Colosseum. Hotellet ligger kort gå avstand fra Termini og det er masse restauranter og butikker i gaten utenfor hotellet.

Great location! Easy access to bus just a few steps at the front of the hotel and metro is about 2 mins walk. The front desk staffs are nice, helpful and courteous they always have a smile same with the housekeeping staff. The room was ok. They can use a better pillow. They also don’t provide a tissue box which can be useful. The water pressure is great. The windows does not have a screen so when you open it the mosquitoes and other bugs comes in. The hotel is on the 4th floor but the entrance to the hotel on the 1st floor is not so appealing for now since it’s under renovation but the smell is not so good either it smells like urine. I hope those hotels in that building will make the entrance more appealing and inviting.

Hotel com boa localização perto da estação de trem e também e metro, com boas opções de restaurantes no bairro. Café da manhã bom e quartos novos. O único ponto que poderia melhorar, é o elevador muito antigo e pequeno.

Das Hotel befindet sich im 4. Stockwerk (mit Lift), die anderen Stockwerke sind andere Hotels. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und nett, vor allem eine blonde Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet (leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht) war die Beste :) sehr witzig, lieb und bemüht. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausrechend und frisch. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe gehabt, Bäder sind kleiner aber für Stadthotels normal. Den einzigen Punkteabzug gebe ich für die Sauberkeit, da nicht gesaugt wurde. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt und Müll ausgelert.
Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, ob zu Fuß oder mit der Metro bzw Bus, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar.
Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man nicht zuviel Geld für die Unterkunft ausgeben will.

Very friendly staff. We had a very good stay in this hotel. Everything nearby on walking distance. If you look for a quite sleepover, the ideal hotel as starting point to visit Rome. Also verry close to the station!!

Excellent staff! We had a horrible trip to Rome that ended with our luggage not arriving. The staff helped us a lot with it along with booking tours and stuff. 10/10 would stay there again.

Check in process was speedy. Staff was friendly. The only issue we have is that the hotel looks a little dated and the room could use a little maintenance. Walls were severly scuffed and dirty. Outlets in the room were not secured to the wall and would move any time something was plugged in. The shower did not drain and water would end up all over the bathroom floor. Most of the fixtures in the bathroom (door handles, toilet paper holder, etc) were loose and not secure to the wall. Bathroom door did not lock either.
