Beautiful hotel right in the centre of everything, ideal location. We were upgraded to a huge suite. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with great facilities. Staff were very helpful also. The rooftop bar was small but beautiful.the buffet breakfast was lovely, again, staff were friendly and helpful. Just be mindful that it is on a busy street in a historic building so the noise levels from outside are high, I’m a light sleeper but slept fine with earplugs. We will definitely stay again.

Can't say enough amazing things about this hotel. Location is prime, staff was professional and courteous, breakfast service was superb, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing experience overall. Will definitely be coming back.

This is a great hotel in the center of everything in Florence. The staff was clear and efficient, the room was comfortable and beautiful in an understated way and the balcony on our second floor room gave us a terrific view of the street. I would recommend this hotel.

It was in a very good area. Sooo close to the Duomo and the staff was nice.

We had stayed here a few years ago and decided to return with some friends for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The rooftop bar is second to none with the views of Florence. Barbara, the Concierge was a great asset to arrange transportation, restaurant recommendations etc. I was the "coordinator" in charge of 12 friends, and she was a so helpful. I don't think I could've done it without her. The rooms were clean, and the showers were great by Italian standards as some can be quite small. We love that the Hotel was centrally located so it was easy to get around central Florence. Highly recommend. If you need assistance in booking anything contact Barbara the Concierge.

Highly recommend, great location, staff and amenities.

I reserved 2 rooms, one was well appointed and the other was rather spartan (same price). I screwed up the dates of my visit and the hotel gladly extended my stay an extra day.The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and the location was incredible - a short walk to all the attractions. Room was cramped -very little space between the foot of the bed and the wall. There was a lot of dust under the bed and flush toilet, small flush button didn't work. The large button did. One of the elevators was extremely small - 4 people max. The panoramic roof top bar is not free to visit. You need reservations and must buy drinks. It's not available in rainy weather. It was what attracted us to the hotel, but we never got up there.

Firstly, the location is PERFECT - it's walking distance to literally everything in Florence. Close to all the main sights, best restaurants, bars, shops, you name it. Service was also great and extremely friendly / attentive. We checked in a bit early and they immediately had someone come tag all of our bags to store them. Once we checked in they brought them all up. The real highlight of this stay though was the room. I had booked a regular deluxe room but upon check-in was told by the lovely front desk agent that they had upgraded us. He said his colleague would have to escort us to our room and we weren't sure why but we just went with it. Once we got there we realized why ... the room was INCREDIBLE. They put us in a room called Suite Beatrice. Everything about it was perfect, the stunning ceiling and artwork, the lovely bathrooms, the balcony, the incredibly powerful two zone AC (both bedrooms had independent AC controls which is a GAME CHANGER). We didn't have breakfast at the hotel since it wasn't included in our booking but we did take a look and the spread looked wonderful. Also, you don't have to have a suite to enjoy this hotel - our friends had a regular deluxe room and their room was great too! Good size, clean / updated, great bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff before and during our stay. Close to the Duomo and easily accessible to food and shops. Nice rooftop bar- definitely make a reservation. Would definitely stay here again!
