We liked the hotel but the dining room staff left much to be desired. We arrived at the restaurant before closing and were rudely turned away— no apologies and no help in finding other food. So eat before you arrive at this hotel! We did get the impresssion that all of the staff were kind of over tourist.
The rooms were comfortable and the shower excellent.

The hotel was clean, staff very responsive and helpful, restaurant breakfast and dinner was good with lots of variety. Wifi worked. Lots of outlets. The only negatives were there was no iron (front desk provided one), the hair dryer in the room didnt work (front desk provided another one) and location. It was not city center and you had to take expensive taxis everywhere.

The hotel was good but there is absolutely nothing around it in the industrial area. The staff was fine … a little detached … but for our waiter who was excellent. There is a restaurant open a few hours a day but you must reserve in advance.

This hotel is located some kilometres from Ravenna close to the industrial port area. It is set up as a conference and meeting centre.
The accommodation standards are very good and the staff helpful. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals. The breakfast selection is very good, the evening meals are OK.
This would be a good hotel as a base for exploring the region.

They have a convenient shuttle to catch the Royal Carribean cruise ship. There is a restaurant and small bar. The homemade Tagglietelle Pescadora style was one of the most delicious pastas I’ve ever eaten. It does get busy, so you may want to make reservations ahead of time.

Arrived to find that the advertised Restaurant, coffee shop and bar have very restrictive hours. If you arrive in the afternoon nothing is open! Breakfast is 7-10am and dinner is 7-10pm. Nothing in between. Pd snacks in a mini fridge. No coffee or kettle in rooms. Plastic glasses. A 15-20€ cab ride into town. This was a pre arrival stop before a cruise and I would not stay again. The one positive was the chef who made sure we had something Vegan for dinner and breakfast as nothing on the menu.

Good for a stay to meet a cruise. The drivers to town were very nice and available.
Not a lot of amenities, but good for a quick stay to go to cruise.
Only negative was the dinner food for us.
