I Love this Hotel, after a long research for where to stay in Sorrento, I chose Grand Hotel Riviera for it's location and has exceeded my expectations!! Grand Hotel Riviera is a five star hotel. The location is beautiful - just on the water in a quiet part of Sorrento, surrounded by open skies and lush trees. Service was top - as everyone from desk concierge to cleaning and restaurant service were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast in the lounge daily was heaven overlooking the sea! Swimming and sunning at the beach club was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely return, miss it already!!

The hotel was ideally situated, with beautiful views of the Bay of Naples.It was within easy reach of the town with all the amenities Sorrento offers. The hotel was very well run, domestic staff did an excellent job of keeping our room clean, and reception staff were knowledgeable and organised and couldn’t have been more helpful. All in all, we loved the Riviera.Breakfast staff were also unsurpassed, particularly Teresa, who made our experience extra special, by her attentiveness, and lovely smile.Tall man cooking omelettes was also fabulous!
