Grand Hotel Riviera is a five star hotel. The location is beautiful - just on the water in a quiet part of Sorrento, surrounded by open skies and lush trees. Service was top - as everyone from desk concierge to cleaning and restaurant service were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast in the lounge daily was heaven overlooking the sea! Swimming and sunning at the beach club was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely return, miss it already!!

The hotel was ideally situated, with beautiful views of the Bay of Naples.It was within easy reach of the town with all the amenities Sorrento offers. The hotel was very well run, domestic staff did an excellent job of keeping our room clean, and reception staff were knowledgeable and organised and couldn’t have been more helpful. All in all, we loved the Riviera.Breakfast staff were also unsurpassed, particularly Teresa, who made our experience extra special, by her attentiveness, and lovely smile.Tall man cooking omelettes was also fabulous!

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was excellent, the views were breathtaking, and the private beach club was excellent. The property is also well located and walking distance to Sorrento historic center where all the restaurants and shops are located. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at Blu was exceptional. Giuseppe and Mario are truly five star staff. Traveling companions had an issue with the manager as they had to cut their stay short and she was unwilling to come out of her office to even discuss a refund or you a tab for the bar restaurant. Thankfully the rest of the staff understands customer service!
