Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal nett.
Zimmer zum Gang zu war sehr hellhörig. Heizung war ausgeschaltet und die Fenster waren undicht. Durch den Marmorboden wurde es auch schnell kalt im Zimmer. Am Lavabo waren die Armaturen locker und es gab kein Warmwasser.
Ich wäre froh gewesen, wenn ich auf die Missstände hinweise, nicht nur ein „Yes, I know“ erhalten zu haben. Wenn man über die Missständ Bescheid weiss, warum hat man mir so ein magelhaftes Zimmer gegeben?
