The hotel is not recommended for tourists. The hotel design was very cool, but the hotel lacks basic amenities. The bed was very hard, and only 2 pillows The staff did not provide the amount of water promised in the kitchen, so we had to buy our own. There was a kitchen, but no coffee maker, dishes, nor even cutlery. Just 2 glasses. Hot showers were also an issue. We totally ran out of hot water on the first morning, despite being fairly conservative. After that, we took minimalist showers The front desk manager was very stressed and it was a struggle to get a functional key remade. Her solutions were not workable for us, and it was difficult yo get her to adapt. We finally left to buy water while she did what she needed to do and then could make us a working key. The restaurant staff were wonderful and accommodating. She even made us coffee early, because we has to leave for the airport. She gave us spoons for the yogurt we had to buy. The location is very good, and the reason we chose this hotel. But, for the €, we did not get much

The staff at Hotel Bula were friendly and courteous! The hotel is in a fantastic location and was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal nett. Zimmer zum Gang zu war sehr hellhörig. Heizung war ausgeschaltet und die Fenster waren undicht. Durch den Marmorboden wurde es auch schnell kalt im Zimmer. Am Lavabo waren die Armaturen locker und es gab kein Warmwasser. Ich wäre froh gewesen, wenn ich auf die Missstände hinweise, nicht nur ein „Yes, I know“ erhalten zu haben. Wenn man über die Missständ Bescheid weiss, warum hat man mir so ein magelhaftes Zimmer gegeben?

Very clean and close to train station.

Personnel trés à l 'ècoute, hotel impeccable, trés trés bonne cuisine à prix correct. Emplacement idèal pour visiter Milan, la gare de Bollate est à 5 minutes à pieds, le billet de train à 2€20 l' aller.
