Average hotel. Cool decor in lounge area but sheets were quite old and poor quality. Breakfast could be improved with fresh fruit. For a quick night before heading to airport it’s fine. The fitness shouldn’t be advertised. The bikes are 100 hrs old and all broken. Aside from a couple of dumbbells the equipment is unsafe and is a liability. Do not choose this hotel for fitness room. Communication was fantastic but I’d rate a 2 star.

Lovely Hotel!!! We had a great stay at Ciel! Loved the hotel location and our room had amazing view to the church! Very close to all restaurants, and shopping! Perfect place woth decent price! I highly recommend it! Staff was helpful and friendly! Roof top has amazing view of acropolis and church… Beautiful stay indeed!

Great location to explore Genova. Nice roof terrace with some shade for relaxing or reading. Walking distance to everything. There are stairs & the shower is raised up off the floor and VERY small - so the hotel is not suitable for seniors or anyone with reduced mobility. The aircon works well & the breakfast is ok. The lady who runs the breakfast is very cross & unfriendly - the only downside of our stay - she was banging plates & doors & giving people dirty looks when we were breakfasting. Apart from that one small thing the hotel is basic but good & everyone else is very friendly.
