Great place if you want to be on the grand canal. Otherwise forget it! Expedia says kettle in room, free wifi, (wifi was abysmal, concierge staff were not helpful, no kettle) nowhere to hang your towel after a shower, tv did not work! Overall not satisfied!!!!!

The room was clean but very much in needed of some refurbishment? Some electricity cables were hanging under the bed side table. Not enough plug in the bedroom. Bath tube had some cracks. Some part of the facade need some TLC. The breakfast is ok. No fresh fruit or vegetables. The staff were nice welcoming and very helpful. Great location , close to transport and good vue on the Canal. We loved our stay at Venice, you have a wonderful town. Thank you.

Initially we thought whilst the hotel was dated the location was brilliant so we were happy to continue with the booking. However on our third night my partner developed some spots on the final night he was covered. These were bed bug bites. When he told the hotel on check out their response was oh. No apology. No discussion. Don’t stay unless you what to be bitten.
