卡纳尔酒店

住宿条件一般，但是在威尼斯这样旅游景点短时间居住性价比还能接受，表杨餐厅厨师在我们清早赶火车时给我们了早餐。

我們總共19人，訂咗十間房，分兩段時間定， 我妹姝訂5間，我訂左5間，住宿日期分別係11月30日和12月8日-11日，30/11的房間的問題,已經一早反映咗給hotels.com, 最後3日的房間,即是11月8-11日, 其中102號房,我朋友的房間,他們被床蝨咬,兩夫婦都由面，手，腳全身都出咗好多紅點，我們都拍咗相片，如果需要可以傳送給你，我昨天見他們，紅疹仍然未退，其他房間就ok，沒有問題，我自己住的，就非常滿意。

no lift. the reception staff are kind of impolite but other staff are nice.

The hotel is quite old, and there is no lift so it might be a problem if u bring with bulky baggages.And some of tiles in my room were loose. However, the check in staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay and the location is nearby the station( just opposite to the station, there is a canal in between so still need to cross the bridges to the hotel) There are restaurants and souvenir shops just next to the hotel.

位置比较方便，河对岸边上一点就是火车站，但酒店设施老旧，房间床和柜子感觉是六七十年代的，无电梯，价格不菲

It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Compared to its cost, the overall experience is great. Friendly front desk, great location, and attractive price.

地點很不錯，就在火車站對面；早餐有點簡單，房間並不算舒適，可以記放行李，不過並沒有專屬的封閉空間，直接放在大廳中央，也沒有做任何辨別的標示，有點危險。

距離車站很近，容易找到，價格合理，服務員態度友善，早餐提供基本的種類，如包點、火腿、芝士乳酪等，唯一缺點是沒有電梯！

很近火車站一個地方，不過沒有let!!!要從地下自己搬上去，比較辛苦。酒店早餐想當之好同員工也很有善，只係設施比較舊,價錢同整體都算合理

The heat broke but they were very apologetic and provided a space heater.

The hotel misrepresented itself. You think you are booking Hotel Canal as shown online and when you check in they hand you a key and ask you to walk around to the side of the building to Hotel Walter which is a dump. They give you a code to a main door which doesn’t actually lock. There are no staff onsite and the place is completely insecure all night. The building itself smells bad and look rundown inside. The rooms don’t even complete to the rooms at Hotel Canal. The heat had to be on or off, it did not regulate itself. So when it got to warm you had to wake up and turn it off. Then wake up freezing. The bed was hard and the TV didn’t work. There is also zero view.

Quarto antigo e quente, com o aquecedor travado… parecia que estávamos no inferno.

For an economical stay in Venice this was fine! The boats on the canal were loud all night long. Its near the hospital as well.

Very near trainstation

We had a corner canal view room which was like being in a fairy tale. The staff was great and helpful. We had an electrical issue while we were there but the staff was very helpful and accommodating
