This hotel is in a very convenient area. Food and shops plus the central marketplace. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a good variety. The room is large and clean. The bed was good and the pillows are nice. We added an extra day .

The staff was very welcoming and warm. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location and all the major tourist sites are within walkable distance. The only one that is farther out is Piazzale Michelangelo. We we informed by staff that it would be better to take the bus there as it is a steep walk.
The room was one of the biggest one we had in Italy and there is a small loft area. Things were a bit more dusty and there were signs that the hotel had tried to modernized with the times but not completely (weirdly placed shelves, a non-functioning landline, etc).
Please note, they hotel requires you to pay the city tax in cash.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and felt welcoming. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless every day, and the breakfast was enjoyable—especially the fresh fruit. I’d happily recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

Everything you could possibly want was right around the corner. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was way better than expected with very nice pastry options and anything else someone may want. The room was cozy and very comfortable. The bed had a memory foam cover over the mattress which was very comfortable and the pillows were nice memory foam as well. Great place to stay!

The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and Mercato Centrale. There are several restaurants to choose from too! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious.
