O Hotel oferece uma autêntica experiência italiana, com o Sr. Giovani e sua equipe sendo extremamente atenciosos e cordiais. A localização é excelente, os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos. O café da manhã é um pouco diferente do habitual, com opções limitadas, mas isso faz parte da proposta do hotel. Um detalhe especial foi o brinde de um Champagne francês autêntico para comemorar o reveillon de 2025.

Everything was great

The staff was very welcoming and warm. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location and all the major tourist sites are within walkable distance. The only one that is farther out is Piazzale Michelangelo. We we informed by staff that it would be better to take the bus there as it is a steep walk. The room was one of the biggest one we had in Italy and there is a small loft area. Things were a bit more dusty and there were signs that the hotel had tried to modernized with the times but not completely (weirdly placed shelves, a non-functioning landline, etc). Please note, they hotel requires you to pay the city tax in cash.

Super clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a road with little to no traffic but within walking distance to so many attractions and good restaurants.

This hotel is in a very convenient area. Food and shops plus the central marketplace. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a good variety. The room is large and clean. The bed was good and the pillows are nice. We added an extra day .

Nice hotel , close to everything , complimentary breakfast but very simple . Gets very noisy in the morning, very hard to sleep late .

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and felt welcoming. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless every day, and the breakfast was enjoyable—especially the fresh fruit. I’d happily recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

The staff are very attentive and friendly, helping us with a plug adapter to fit, a fan, and a taxi ride! Always very, very friendly!

The room was clean and great and the breakfast offering was enjoyable. It was also nicely located to everything so it was easy to explore Florence especially the Duomo from the hotel.

Great staff, rooms were spotless, comfortable beds. Close to everything to see in historic Florence.

The room was very clean and charming. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty. The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, restaurants, shopping and restaurants!

This hotel does NOT have air conditioning, other than that it is great!

The location is perfect. Close to tourist attractions. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly and good service. Highly recommend!
