Tudo muito bom, café da manhã bem completo, localização perfeita. Falta um ar condicionado no quarto para quando estiver calor e o box do chuveiro ser maior.

Very good location and good price. Nice little balcony off the room. If you are on the top level, be prepared to lug your bags up two winding flights of stairs (very tiny service elevator can take your bags halfway). Bed was a good size but not super comfy. Very good WiFi. Wish there was a common area to gather.

Noisy! Walls are paper thin and you could hear conversations, etc. Staff is accommodating, helpful, and welcoming.

O quarto é bem amplo e confortável. O chuveiro é excelente, apenas o café da manhã que era simples, mas, suficiente. Vale a pena, são cerca de 10 a 15 minutos caminhando até a estação de trem e próximo do mercado central.

The property was a lovely place. Very clean. The staff was very professional and assisted us whenever we needed them. There was a delicious breakfast in the morning. We were close to the Duomo, many restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from everything and at the same time NOT in the noisy area. The staff is Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Incredible location!!!!! People working the front desk were lovely . Helped us with planning, great suggestions and arranged for airport transfer. Our room for three people was large , clean and had everything you might need. Breakfast was plentiful. Loved everything about this hotel. Would highly recommend and would stay here again and again.

This was my 3rd stay in this property and the last one. I gave good reviews before, but this time, I think they don't want me to come back. They put me in a small and smelly room. Facing the street, a lot of noise. It was not the room I booked. The staff ignored my complains about the room. Realy bad experience.

The bedrooms were large and bathrooms very well done. The included breakfast was delicious and the hosts were friendly and inviting. The location was perfect for walking all over Florence, just minutes from key sights. We loved our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four. We arrived early and our room was clean and available. We were grateful to be able to check in to it early. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the kettle to make tea and coffee - which is often not available in other European rooms. We were also very grateful for the plentiful and tasty gluten free options for breakfast for three of our family who are celiacs. Plus upon checkout we asked for a taxi to be ordered for us, and the lady who ordered it, waited with us for it to arrive so she could make sure we got in to it safely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and very nice staff.

Room was very clean, had towels and soaps as well as slippers which is very nice. Breakfast was very good, wide selection. No issues with checking in or out. Staff was very kind and helpful. They do speak English!
