I left my phone on shuttle to hotel and 2 reception desk ladies helped me contact the company to find my phone which I was able to pickup the next day. Being outside of the US their help was tremendous! Sorry I don’t remember their names but they were working the front desk Monday Oct 13 around 5pm (1700).

Perfect location for exploring historical downtown area. Wonderful hotel. We highly recommend it. ONLY thing is all this area is a pedestrian only area. When the GPS says you are there you need to get the luggage out of the car and go to the car park. The hotel will recommend where to park your car. If going by taxi they will tell you how to get to the hotel from the street.

Can’t fault this hotel. Really lovely. So central. Easy to walk to places. It’s in a pedestrianised street. Had a lovely dinner there one night and watched my tiramisu being made in front of me. Definitely recommend this hotel x

We recently stayed here for one night. Very easy to walk to from the station and a central, but quiet location. We were very early for check in but staff kindly let us in the room early. The room itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. Bathroom was well supplied with toiletries, towels etc. Nothing to fault this hotel at all - highly recommended.
