I left my phone on shuttle to hotel and 2 reception desk ladies helped me contact the company to find my phone which I was able to pickup the next day. Being outside of the US their help was tremendous! Sorry I don’t remember their names but they were working the front desk Monday Oct 13 around 5pm (1700).

Perfect location for exploring historical downtown area. Wonderful hotel. We highly recommend it. ONLY thing is all this area is a pedestrian only area. When the GPS says you are there you need to get the luggage out of the car and go to the car park. The hotel will recommend where to park your car. If going by taxi they will tell you how to get to the hotel from the street.

Mycket fint hotell mitt i smeten. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som kan engelska. Vi hade ett Deluxe rum, som var rymligt och som i övriga hotellet med fina materialval. I vårt rum fanns det en vattenkokare med ”svensk” jordad elkontakt. Övriga kontakter var med den Italienska med tre hål i väggen. Det fina läget och den höga standarden avspeglas så klart i priset, men vi hade endast bokat två nätter så det var klart värt det. P.S. även bra in och utchecknings tider in 14 och ut 12.

Accueil vraiment sympathique, personnel attentionné et souriant, digne d’un grand hôtel, cela faisait très longtemps que je n’avais pas ressenti cela. Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience. L’hôtel est magnifique, digne d’un palace, les chambres on aimerait y vivre à l’année. Vraiment une très belle découverte et je serai de retour dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois.
